STR-AYT-STR with Inter Airlines. Flight from Stuttgart was delayed for 4 hours, no information was given to us. We were waiting at the gate still hours after schedule and still nobody there. A321 seat pitch - was impossible to sit normally because there was no space for the legs. Fortunately the seat next to me was empty. They put 225 people in an A321, 35 more than on quality carriers. Crew was quite unfriendly, rolled with the eyes when I ordered a second drink on a 3 hours flight, where the only service was a paperbag with a small sandwich inside.
