Johannesburg to Libreville. Although I had a confirmed business-class ticket and reservation, I was told that my reservation had been "cancelled by the system". I was not the only passenger referred from the check-in counter to the companies office where numerous passengers were apparently having similar difficulties. After hearing the same weak excuse from the office manager I departed. I shall not attempt to use them again.
