DEL-PNQ. Flight on time. Nice and clean aircraft. Wide range of snacks available for purchase
though rates were exorbitant. The only negative point would be air hostesses being less
interactive and involved.

BBI-DEL return. Check in at Bhubaneswar was a breeze, being a small airport and ours was the
only flight departing. The plane was clean, and crew were cheerful. Baggage in DEL was prompt.
It was in DEL where things got a bit awry, but that was mainly due to the fog and airport
staff. Indigo staff were very courteous and ground handling awesome, given the crowd. The food
served aboard was ok, but more variety would be appreciated.

DEL to BBI and return. Plane spotless and FA's courteous. Snacks were a bit overpriced but was fine
for the cheap fare I paid. Overall a pleasant experience.

HYD-DEL-HYD. Check-in efficient at both ends, service friendly, we got our seats together as we had
reserved them. This is a pay-per service for snacks and drinks; most are reasonably priced, but the
sandwiches are a bit overpriced at 125 rupees each for a non-veg. One oddity is that no hot drinks
are available, even for sale. All aircraft are new A-320s, and are clean and bright inside. The
seating is cramped in typical LCC fashion, but given that the flight was only 2 hours in length, it
wasn't that much of an issue. HYD-DEL sector was on-time, but the DEL-HYD sector took off and
landed about 15 minutes late due to the typical ATC congestion in Delhi. Overall, IndiGo is a good
choice for traveling domestically within India on a budget.

BLR-BOM. The crew were efficient and pleasant. The onboard selection of snacks could have been a
bit better - but ones provided are decently priced and pretty good quality. Their Ground service is
outstanding!

HYD-BLR : great LCC. Free water on board. On time service. Very affordable rates. Simultaneous front
and rear entry & exit rare on domestic Indian flights. Food selection onboard could be better. Very
courteous crew. A recommendation for someone looking for a low fare and good service.

BLR-PNQ. Very good fare for the flight although booked only a day in advance. Check in at BLR was
efficient. Took 5 mins and no queue. Security and boarding took longer with the indigo staff ding
nothing to control passangers breaking the queue. The aircraft was a new A320 - plain interiors but
clean and modern. Security procedures taken seriously and crew were friendly throughout. water
provided free and food on board reasonably priced. All in all a good experience.

BLR-HYD-BLR. Paid a very reasonable price, having booked a month in advance. Excellent service, both
on the ground and in the air. Wonderful LCC to fly with.

MAA-BOM: on-time performance, comfortable (but not glamourous) interiors, professional
ground staff and cabin crew and decent food. The only hassle was the reservation website did not accept internationally valid credit card.

HYD - MAA. I ended up flying this airline by chance, after my
originally scheduled flight on Paramount Airways was canceled. I was a
bit apprehensive as I'd never heard of this airline before, but I must
saw I went away impressed. The ticket agents and ground staff were
efficient and helpful, and the flight departed and arrived on time. The
coach to go from the boarding area to the plane was one of the nicest
I've been on in India - fully air conditioned, clean, and plenty of
seats. The plane was a brand new A320, the interior was clean and
bright, and the seats comfortable (if a little cramped). You have to
pay for drinks and snacks, which kind of stinks, but on a 1 hour flight,
who cares.

DEL-MAA via HYD, return, in October. Flight was good, departure on time
and arrival at MAA early. While returning the flight was delayed, but
that is expected with DEL. What impressed me about IndiGo is that while
they keep their fares low, they don't spare the comforts be it
comfortable, reclining seats or comfortable buses to and from the
aircraft. FA's and ground staff friendly and attentive. The aircraft are
new A320's. Colourful interiors, and well maintained. The only downside
being that while water is free, there are no snacks except rather small
cookies sold. This is rather minimal considering a total flying time of
3.5 hours including the one hour stopover at HYD. All in all, great
value for money. Will definitely fly again.
