Value for Money:
Madrid-Punta Cana return both on A330-300. Flight crew as good as it gets on economy cabin.
Service ha same level of service as mainline even though it's a 100% Economy cabin - 388 pax
capacity. Airplane and interior fresh, seat is cramped, esp. at such high price (700€ 2 months

Glasgow Prestwick - Palma de Mallorca. The service was fair. When we booked our flight we
booked the front seats (and paid extra!) and when we boarded our aircraft we were told by a
very grumpy flight attendant that we had to sit at the back of the A320. We sat right next to
the toilet. We were one of the first onboard and our seats (which we booked) were empty but we
were told to sit at the very back seat. My advice is do not book a seat with Iberworld, just
sit where you want!

Very good Iberworld flight Palma to Brussels charter. New interior, clean A320, friendly
flight attendants, good sandwich and drink for such a short flight (only 2 hours).

Used as a substitute aircraft for Aircomet Madrid to Montego Bay. 21 and 28 July 2008 flight was
delayed by 3 hrs. On both occasions we were not told how long the delay would be and for what
reason. On the outbound flight the cabin crew were great. On the inbound there were unhelpful and
didn't see a smile once.

I have flown frequently with this charter airline between Madrid - Hassi Messaoud (Algeria), which
is the route chartered by Jet air serving exclusively the Petroleum Industry. My conclusion is that
there is a huge difference in Service between tourist and petroleum related flights. Our flights
almost always leave on time, are efficient with friendly cabin crew, provide nice food on board the
clean A320. Mind you, this charter flight is normally only filled with 40-60 people, out of 180 full
capacity! And bear in mind also that Jet Air ground crew is always present onboard to make sure the
flight is a pleasurable one.

This was a stand in airline for our usual Travel City Direct flight. The plane was nice, quite a new
one so making the long haul flight to and from Florida a comfortable one. The Spanish cabin crew on
the other hand were awful. We also paid a lot extra for extra legroom seats, which reading someone
else's comment above we should have got them free ! I will not be happy in the future if I end up
with this airline as a last minute stand in and certainly would never ever choose to fly with them.

Flight delay on the outbound flight Stansted to Las Palmas, with some of the most surly and
inattentive cabin crew I have ever come across. On the return flight the crew were a little better but
still made Iberia staff look pleasant and helpful! Onboard entertainment should really be classified
as the crew's attempt to steer a trolley, as the video / music provided was awful. On the bright side
they don't charge for emergency exit seats and with the poor leg room in the normal rows this was a

Flight delays on 19th and 26th. May 2007. On outbound flight IWD 3440
plane was not clean. Cabin staff unhelpful, particularly towards
disabled passengers - simple courtesies and good grace markedly absent.
Seemed that we were imposing on a disinterested cabin crew who did
little to make flight a pleasant one. By contrast, return flight was a
very pleasant experience. Nevertheless, will avoid this airline in

LPA-HUY. First flight of the summer series. On time departure,
informative flight crew. Excellent service - efficient and pleasant.
Good breakfast (for airline food). Travelled many times on this route
with Iberworld and never had bad service. Puts the other main Spanish
Charter operators to shame.

MME-ACE-MME This Spanish airline operates holiday charters on behalf of
MyTravel group and others. Outbound on 10 August (the day of the
terrorist alert) the flight operated to schedule and arrived in Arrecife
a few minutes early! This is also a tribute to how a small airport like
Teesside coped much better with the new regime than bigger airports such
as Gatwick or Manchester. The Arrecife based crew were friendly and the
aircraft was clean with leather seats. So long as you paid in euros the
drinks prices were very reasonable. 1 euro for a soft drink twice the
size of the usual miniatures and 4.50 euros for a gin and tonic. The in
flight meal was better than the normal charter fare. All in all as
pleasant an experience as you could reasonably expect on a charter
flight. I have flown two round trips on holiday flights with Iberworld
and would happily do so again.
