Pleasant flight with a nice charter airline from Zurich to Antalya. Friendly FA's, nice little snacks and quite
comfortable seats. On the return flight you even could choose between 2 dinners, never had that before on such a
holiday airline. A nice way to start and end a holiday.

We flew this airline from Zurich to Rhodes and Rhodes-Kos-Zurich. The flight to Rhodes was
fine, left on time and landed 20 minutes early. There was a meal provided on board and the
flight attendants were attentive. The flight back we had to pick and drop off passengers in Kos
after leaving from Rhodes, it was a very short 20 minute flight. From Kos to Rhodes the flight
went smooth, once again a meal was provided with smiling FAs. No English was spoken on the
return from the pilots or the FAs (who I don't even think spoke French, only Swiss German). We
are English and French speaking, so this was a bit annoying, but besides that, I wouldn't
hesitate to fly them again.

Definitely not recommended. Two way flight from Zurich to Sharm-el Sheikh. First flight was delayed by one hour. The flight back
was delayed by 4.5 hours. Problems with one engine led to this. We waited in the plane
before take-off for 3.5 hours, only water was provided, no food. Information was not provided in
English, too transparent which led to fears among passengers and it was absolutely not professional.
Later we learned that the crew was on duty for 17 (!) hours. Never, never again!
