Its fleet is solely composed of helicopters. Swift airlift of seven minutes from Fontvieille heliport till Nice airport. Noise level is bearable. Since the principality is border free with France, should you pursue your air journey out of the Schengen space, immigration filter will prevail at Nice. Your baggage cannot weigh over 15kg because no excess will be accepted, even against a fee. Free shuttle minivan ride within the principality is provided. Worthwhile and time gain ensured, especially at the term of a long haul flight, it's appreciable. Entering Monaco via its heliport is a rare treat, thus dare hop on the chopper! And yes, there is a bar within the heliport terminal, clean toilets, friendly employees. Buckle up and enjoy the blue Mediterranean below!
