CGK-UPG with 738 NG at C Class. Service was excellent specially for GFF member. Executive lounge was clean and tidy, Internet Wifi connected well, food and beverages served well. VIP cars brought C class Pax to remote stands. Onboard the seat was comfortable, cabin was clean. Welcome drinks and hot towel served, FA was good, food and beverages served well. AVOD worked well with several IFE choices.

CGK-SIN-CGK on 737-800NG both ways. Check-in was hassle free, seats are wide in legroom, and food is delicious and enough for such short flights. Cabin is very clean and the Boeing Sky Interior lighting is very nice. Staff are attentive, friendly and helpful. Garuda should improve its inflight entertainment. Movies are out of date and the PTV touch screens are very unresponsive.

CGK-JOG-CGK on B737-800. No AVOD yet that was not a problem since it was only a 50 mins flight. Service onboard was good, got a box of snacks and plenty of choices of drinks. FAs were really nice, hospitable, and attentive. Cabin was always clean and the toilet.

SUB-DPS. Brand new Boeing 737-800. Very competitive price and they provide nice pre-flight lounge, charge may apply for economy class passenger, but it's free for business class. Crew helpful, the only thing lacking is if your luggage is over 20Kgs, charges for "Overweight" are a bit expensive.

DPS-CGK and CGK-SIN both on B737-800, very competitive price ticket compared to other airlines on the same routes. Ground staffs were good on both legs, polite and proactive. Cabin and toilet were clean and neat. Good seat pitch. Delicious meals on both legs (2 choices of meals), AVOD was okay, overall cabin service met my expectation, however FA on the second leg was the best.

Short trip CGK-SUB-CGK with brand new B737-800. Cabin was clean and tidy, and also the toilet. AVOD was great, I just used it to listen to some music since it was a very short flight. Got a box of snacks instead of a hot meal which is adequate for 1 hr 10 mins flight. FA's service is hospitable.

CGK-HKG-CGK on a A330-200 on both legs. Full plane on the first leg, but doesn't affect the FA service. Friendly FAs, offered drinks frequently, always ready when needed. AVOD was okay, a lot of movie selection although some are a bit old. Food excellent on the first leg, but a bit salty on the second. Headphones, pillows, and blanket on each seat, but headphones are used and not properly packed.

AMS-DXB-CGK in economy class. Very pleasant flight with lunch and dinner, two choices main on each meal. Flight was on time. Good seat pitch (33") and comfortable seat. I flew on A330-200 in 2-4-2 configuration. Airplane very clean, good IFE system.

Jakarta-Padang. While waiting to board it was announced that the flight had been moved to another gate, got there a bit late but Garuda's ground staff were attentive enough to take me personally to the bus (they called an extra bus just for me). FAs were warm, good AVOD, but the seating arrangement a bit cramped. As for the food got a nice steamed rice with fish so no complaints there.

MEL-CGK and CGK-MEL economy. First international flight with Garuda Indonesia after their revitalisation. Very impressed with the quality of service onboard. Very attentive and friendly FAs. New interior for their A330-300 really made the cabin very comfortable. Nice AVOD, meals, and snacks. They gave each passenger a bottle of water after meal. Would definitely fly Garuda again.

KUL-CGK return. Garuda is improving, fantastic hardware, with AVOD even on short flight. Reasonable amount of movies but the touch screen is a bit unresponsive. Flight crew were attentive and carried out their duties efficiently. Would be top notch if they were a bit friendlier. Served full sized meals compared to other carriers who now resort to boxed meals to save costs. All of these with LCC like fares.

Jakarta-Hong Kong-Jakarta on Airbus 330-200, excellent flight both ways. FA's friendly and professional, very structured sequence of service but still personalized, especially on the HKG-JKT routing. As the flight left HKG at 5 pm, dinner will be served later during the flight, but we were pampered by continuous drinks, snacks (sandwich and nuts) prior to dinner. Dinner offered 2 choices of main course. AVOD has recent movies and short features, and it's good to be able to pause the movie while you go to the restroom. The restroom is kept clean at all times, their Executive Lounge in Jakarta is pleasant with lots of food choices and comfy decor.

CGK-HKG-CKG with B744. Flight was on time, FA's were nice and professional, food and beverages were good. Though no AVOD during the flight, it didn't become too tedious. Service from the cabin crew was nice.

Jakarta-Denpasar Airbus A320. Online booking was hassle free, cheap ticket, free pick up seat and 20 kg checked baggage. Check-in was efficient - less than 3 minutes, free newspaper at check-in counter a nice touch. Boarding process smooth. Push back 5 minutes before schedule. FA's were pleasant, however announcements in English should be better. Limited food for sale, only bread, sandwich and instant noodle considering it was a lunch time flight. For this flight all aspects met expectation.

Jakarta-Bangkok. First time on GA for international route after their revitalisation. Polite crews, always smiling and communicative. Seat was spacious and comfortable. IFE was okay, but the touchscreen wasn't responsive. Tasty meals even though the portion of the main dish was small.

KIX-MEL via DPS all with A330-300 aircraft on economy class was a pleasant journey. Food and drink were good enough, AVOD pretty good and FA's hospitable and attentive. Flight was on time.
