Stockholm to Erbil. The flight was delayed and rescheduled for two days later with no voucher given. A hotel was provided. Arriving back at the airport we found the flight further delayed and a 7SEK voucher given - unacceptable for a further delay of 9 hours. The departure time kept increasing and the explanations were no better. The return flight arrived on time, but when the plane pushed back a smell of burning caused us to return back to our stand for 30 minutes. Onboard the seats were very closely packed together as my knees were pushing the seat in front. Cabin crew would not attend when we pressed the button for water and it was chaotic. I would not recommend, even though it was cheap, it was not worth the two day delay.

Belfast-Larnaca. Slight delay outbound which wasn't a problem. Meal was average. My seat did not recline, flight was warm with no entertainment. Due to return on Fri at 4.30pm but no flight turned up. Eventually on Sat at 7.20pm we got a flight from Larnaca with Sky Wings, which wasn't much better. We had prepaid for our meals on our return flight however none were provided.

Manchester to Larnaca. Airbus A320 was in a good condition - a comfortable journey. Crew were polite and professional. Only a slight delay of 30 mins due to a paperwork problem. The pre-order meal was ok.

Larnaca from Stansted return. Slight delay on the way out as they were waiting for the cleaners to go on. Friendly crew, inflight meal was nice. Only thing I didn't enjoy was no allocated seating so it was a free for all scramble. On the return the seats were allocated which was much better. Breakfast on the return was not nice but I have had worse.

We had two very straight-forward, comfortable flights to and from Iraklion. Food was nice, seats were as comfortable as you'd expect, departure and arrival was prompt, and staff were helpful and smiling.

Stansted to Larnaca return, all on time with good check-in and inflight service. Aircraft had comfortable seats for a charter - crew very friendly and efficient, took my own food but lots of passengers had inflight catering and didn't seem to be complaining. Aircraft was ageing but it was well prepared and clean. All in all a good service.

Do Not book a trip that uses this airline. Appalling check-in facilities at Gatwick, awful and rude crew, seemed to loath British tourists - they spent most of the flight sitting on their crew seats and ignoring passengers, whilst eating and drinking coffee? I believe that Fly Hellas was called Viking Airlines / Viking Hellas at some point? clearly they have no interest in customer service. You would think that as the Greek economy is in such a state they would at least try to make an effort? - Never again, they need to call themselves Fly Hell!

Glasgow-Larnaca-Glasgow. Flight slightly delayed 30 mins each way, flight crew ok, old plane, Viking Hellas branding, in flight meal both ways were poor, one pasta pot on way out with a stale bread roll, and a breakfast on way back from Larnaca, which was slightly better, offered drinks snacks etc, but having no inflight entertainment for a five hour flight with kids, just made the flight even longer, booked this flight via Thomas Cook holiday, which came from 'Olympic Holiday's, seems to be every Holiday charters are going ' budget' style which annoys me when I am paying top dollar for a holiday.

An airline to be avoided. Okayish when 'on time' but seem to experience a few 'operational' problems. Not enough crew/planes/ground staff etc... No management structure to deal with customer service issues, almost as if they couldn't care less once they have taken your cash and are only in the business to make money at the expense of the travelling public. Much of their safety equipment still has the old 'XL Airways/Viking' logo.

YKH131, BHX-HER, aircraft was delayed for 5 hrs due to maintenance on the outbound flight. I had booked extra legroom at 10 each way, but on check-in I had to ask for it, it was apparent that had I not I would not have been allocated it. Aircraft (SX-SMU) was a very tired A320. The recliner on my seat was broken and the seat in front, had gaffer tape holding the arm rest together. The cabin crew were nice and friendly. There was no in-flight entertainment. The inflight meals were good and the price was the best I could find. Remember, you get what you pay for.
