Bristol to Cyprus return. Good 20k luggage allowance and plenty of leg room. Didn't realize there were no meals provided but could be bought on board or ordered in advance. Snacks and rolls available to purchase and drinks reasonably priced. Flights were on time and staff were friendly and efficient.

Just arrived back from Crete with Eurocypria. Flights on time and found the service excellent - cabin staff were polite and professional. We opted for no meals but were able to gets drinks, hot and cold and sandwiches if we wanted them. We went from Humberside - it was hassle free with none of the usual large airport aggravation checking in etc - also your car parking is cheaper as well. I'm puzzled why people complain about leg room - you know things will be tight on holiday flights as it comes with the territory on package holidays.

Glasgow - Heraklion - Glasgow, Boeing 737-800. Inflight meals (not great) provided both ways - no extra charge, extra leg room at overwing exit - no extra charge, inflight movies - no extra charge. Movies up to date. No hard sell and friendly cabin staff. Good information on route from flight deck. Plane, both ways, only 1/2 full - lots of room to stretch out. It was announced that a person with nut allergy was on board. We were then served baklava (full of chopped nuts) with the inflight meal! Overall - good experience.

Birmingham - Larnaca return for only 80 return! Flight on time, aircraft comfortable and food nice. Recently Eurocypria announced it will have a turn around and try to offer better service. If you book last minute you can get a great deal.

LGW-LCA on Eurocypria as part of our holiday to Cyprus. Outbound we were delayed 22 hours due to a technical fault with the aircraft's pa system. Very badly handled by the company as they kept feeding us poor marooned passengers incorrect information, hiding behind the handling company Swissport. We were held at the departure gate for four hours, in the middle of the night, until they decided the plane was not going to fly. They used many excuses to dodge the fact that replacement parts did not turn up from Cyprus or Heathrow as first led to believe. Anyone would have thought that this was a special plane but it was no more than a common B737, surely they could have done a deal with another airline for the replacement parts? The outbound flight, for me, was a painful experience as I had to endure the 'I'm on holiday so I'm going to recline the seat fully' person in front of me, making the poor legroom even worse! Having endured the ordeal outbound we did not have much hope for the return journey. Needless to say everything was on time & as a bonus we were the last to check in so we got extra legroom seats for free, small compensation for losing a day of our holiday!

Following previous favourable review of Eurocypria. I must now downgrade my opinion. Our luggage was damaged on the PFO to EMA flight 24th June 2008. Despite Eurocypria accepting liability and offering in writing to pay compensation, we are still waiting to receive it 5 months later Despite numerous follow up emails and letters to their "Customer Service" office in Larnaca they have not even replied or acknowledged. Sadly this is typical of customer service on this island. An initial good experience let down by useless back office support. I note the similar experience in an earlier report on this airline.

PFO to EMA return. Flight operated on behalf of Thomas Cook. Much better than Thomas Cook with reasonable legroom and adequate food included. Full 20kgs baggage allowance rather than the usual Thomas Cook 15kgs. Flight attendants good and attentive without the constant selling of scratch cards and other interruptions. Overall a good experience. Wish Cyprus Airways were as good!

We used this airline last October from Exeter to Larnaca. When we arrived in Cyprus we were informed that three quarters of passengers baggage wasn't on board and that it was the pilots decision to leave it behind! We filled in the appropriate property irregularity report and were without our baggage for 52 hours. They only had 3 people issuing and writing the reports for so many passengers which took a long time and they were very unsympathetic. What a shambles. During our stay we were given a letter from Eurocypria advising us that they would pay us 80 cyprus pounds as compensation. On our return I duly sent in the claim but we heard nothing more. We certainly wont be travelling with Eurocypria Airlines again.
