Milan Malpensa to London Gatwick on 1840 flight. Flight left on time and arrived on time with a good service on board.
I deliberately ensured that I was able to sit near the very front of the aircraft so that on arrival I would be
amongst the first off and not having any luggage would be able to quickly pass through immigration and customs control
and catch my onward connection for a business meeting. Although the booking information and boarding pass clearly said
that we would be arriving at Gatwick's south terminal, the plane went to the north terminal. One of the flight
attendants announced that there would be buses to take us to the south terminal and in conversation with me, said that
it was not unusual for this flight to go to the north terminal. In the event, the buses did not leave until the
aircraft was completely empty, a delay of some 20 minutes and took all the passengers to the north terminal. This
meant a further delay in order to use the monorail to get to the south terminal, by which time I had missed by
anticipated connection and had to wait for a later one. I think it is unacceptable and that passengers be given
inaccurate information about which terminal they will arrive at. I imagine that passengers who had people waiting for
them at the south terminal would have been also considerably inconvenienced. At the very least in would have been more
considerate to have given the information about the change in arrival terminals earlier, ideally before taking off and
not just after landing, so that it is possible to notify others who may be affected and give them more time to make
alternative arrangements. If this is a regular occurrence, as the flight attendant suggested, then the lack of
accurate information at the time the booking was made, or when a boarding pass was printed, looks like a deliberate
misrepresentation, in that airline either knew, or could have reasonably foreseen that a change of arrival terminals
would take place.

Gatwick to Venice, all very efficient. Our return from Venice Marco Polo Airport was less successful and efficient.
The queues were long with initially only one staff at the check in counter. Boarding the flight was difficult for me
as I am a very nervous passenger, something the crew picked up on very quickly and with the cooperation of the other
very kind and understanding passengers I was able to sit with my partner. The crew were kind and spent a some time
allaying my fears. I cannot thank the entire crew on that flight enough and I feel more confident in flying in the
future.

Cheap flights, punctual service and great crew. Just flew them from Southend to Amsterdam return. Both flights were
early and the cabin crew friendly and helpful. For the price that you pay there is nothing to complain about. Once
they have the pre-assigned seats they will be even better!

Liverpool to Berlin Schonefeld - Airport appearence OK . Queues not too bad. Check in desk operative managed check me
in without me disturbing her conversation with colleague about shifts and personal matters and I was on my way. On
what appeared to be an otherwise quiet Sunday afternoon queues at security were horrendous. A large industrial hanger
like room with the longest queue I have ever seen, security staff miserable. 30 mins later through to departure
lounge, Do not waste your money on Servisair Lounge, I got discounted price and still thought it a rip off. Flight
average, crew indifferent, service OK but avoid Boxer Chips a small handful of withered crisps at £1.80 a pack, they
must laugh all the way to the bank with that particular racket. On arrival, long walk to baggage reclaim. Liverpool
passengers singled out for extra scrutiny by German border police, we had to show id, Manchester passengers arriving
at same time waived through, 2 people I saw on my flight either up to no good or wise to what was going on claimed to
be from Manchester and waived through without any checks. So much for German efficiency, this was probably the person
they were looking for! Not bad value for money.

My wife and I flew from Gatwick to Pisa on the afternoon of Sunday 23rd September and returned from Pisa to
Gatwick on the 28th. We were impressed by the efficiency and general demeanour of the cabin crew. On the
way out the crew were not informed to expect a man using crutches, but were very quick to find me a suitable
seat. The head of the team then telephoned ahead to arrange for me to be met by a helper. On the return
flight I received just as good a welcome and again arrangements were made for me to be met with a
wheelchair for the long trek from the aircraft to checkout. Ours great Thanks to both crews. Help at both
airports was also extremely good.

Flew Mykonos to London with Easyjet. After very slow and laborious boarding, flight was 30 mins late leaving
but managed to make up time and land on time at Gatwick. Good crew and friendly but the slowest cabin
service I can ever remember experiencing. Chief pursuer announced they had Sunday Times on sale which
was good and only small mark-up by very annoyingly they ran out by row 5! How ridiculous. Ticket was
hardly low cost considering we bought them 9 months in advance but no scheduled airline competition on this
route so no incentive to be cheap. Tasty food but obviously not included and not all that cheap to buy.

Day return on BRU-GVA-BRU. Fast check-in at both BRU and GVA. Boarding handled efficiently, both flights
departed on-time, return flight to BRU arrived 15 mins ahead of schedule. A319 clean on both occasions; load
factor approximately 80%. Friendly and attentive Swiss crew on both flights. In-flight announcements in
French and English only, not in Dutch. On-board bistro reasonably priced. At €77 return, excellent value for
money. Would fly again.

LPL-BRU-LPL. The standard of Easyjet seems to get better each flight we take with them. Orderly boarding,
crew friendly, seats comfortable with decent enough leg room. Arrived early into Brussels. Return journey
delayed 30 mins. Again, boarding fine with information update provided on delay. Once everyone on board,
Captain addressed cabin via PA system before take off to apologise and explain reason for delay. Quite
humorous too which helped to diffuse any tensions which may have existed. Made up some time and arrived
just 15 mins behind schedule (like a lost of airlines, they do tend to over estimate flying times initially).
Once Easy bring in allocated seating, this will be the last piece of the jigsaw missing for us and will make
them our first choice airline. Other Low Cost Carriers could learn a thing or two from them.

My husband is registered disabled with arthritis of the spine and he had to stand for 1 hour and 10 mins in
the check in baggage queue in Venice after he had done all the checking in on line but that did nothing to
speed things up. There were no easyJet staff "on the floor" to advise and was told that if he sat down he
would lose his place in the queue. Check in man sent us to the wrong gate, a long walk my hubby could have
done without and when we got to the correct gate the queue was from here to the moon! Pay a bit more and
go with an airline that cares about its passengers!

BRS-PSA: A regular flyer Italy-UK its noticeable Easyjet are striving to make the whole experience almost
that of a full-service airline minus the baggage and snacks - and its very welcome! Efficient boarding,
friendly/efficient crew, brand new equipment and informative pilot. A 10/10 experience - when they have the
all-allocated seating it will be 10+. Very much appreciated they got on with their in-flight sales without
being intrusive, allowing those that wanted 2 hours on the plane to rest if they wanted to. Very good price as well.

TLV-GVA. Typical experience with easyJet. The only real negatives I have about easyJet is the that check-in
queues tend to be universally chaotic and long and there's little by way of entertainment (though I tend to fly
with them for short haul flights). We could always pay extra for speeding boarding but, as we travel with
kids under 5, it doesn't seem worth it. Other than that, service was good, the planes are clean, modern and
reasonably comfortable (I'm 6ft 2in). Flights are on time and schedules don't change. All in all, I'd say value
for money.

Travelled with “Easyjet” from Bristol to Krakow on 7th Sep 2012, booking in was very easy, flight on time,
kept well informed on the journey, staff and cabin crew very professional. On return journey on 13th Sep
2012 delay of 10 hours, due to aircraft technical problems, I do not lay any blame on Easyjet nothing is
perfect, and better safe than sorry, we were kept well informed by text messaging and verbally at the airport,
we were very well looked after with 3 free meal vouchers. On flight home was profusely apologised for the
delay by the captain, free bus service was laid on Bristol Airport for train and bus service users. Only problem
was when we were bussed at Krakow to another part of terminal for refreshments, no one told me that I had
to have a special bag from duty free shop to place my duty free liquid alcohol purchase in when we had to go
through security checks for second time, which resulted in very nearly having my duty free drinks confiscated,
despite having items it in a duty free bag with receipt. (So beware of this).

Five return trips with easyJet so far this year from Liverpool to either Malaga or Palma and all have been
highly satisfactory. It helps that we know the routine: book early to get the cheapest flights, check in online
to avoid queues at the airport, travel hand luggage only and obey the rules to avoid any hassle, watch the
screens to get to the departure gate early. The only negative aspect was on our most recent outward flight
just over a week ago and that was down to the lack of consideration shown by a party of six or so females
who boarded the plane almost last of all, sat on aisle seats in several rows and proceeded to talk very
loudly, and often coarsely, throughout the journey. Their behaviour was not bad enough to warrant
intervention by the flight attendants, but it was unpleasant for those, like us, who were sitting in their
vicinity. Normally we manage to find seats where we are likely to be left undisturbed - which is the one
positive feature of the present free-for-all seating arrangements - but on this occasion we were unlucky.
Perhaps in the move over to allocated seating easyJet should consider a "quiet area" for each flight.
Increasingly, I find myself agreeing with the most recent contributor to the "dislikes of flying" column, who
said that it is passengers who have no consideration for others who are the worst aspect of airline travel.

I flew from Rome to Paris, while at the check in desk my carry on was within the acceptable regulations; at
the boarding gate I found the rudest employee ever. I speak fluent English and Spanish, so she was
addressing me in Spanish, her tone of voice was loud and harsh. The issue rose when my bag wheels touched
the bar of the measurement bin. She insisted that the bag was too big and I had to pay 50 Euros and check it
in. I did not have enough money and I tried to explain her that I had a smaller bag inside that one, that I
hurt my back and had to get one with wheels to relieve the weight. She kept shouting and rushing me to pay
or she would close the flight even though my daughter was already on the plane. I paid, needless to say I
was drained, all my energy faded of discontent.
