Dublin to Dubrovnik with this carrier last week. We had an 8 hour delay going out and lost one
night of our holiday as a result. My friends were on a different flight coming home and had a
16 hour delay. The plane took off twice from Dubrovnik and returned to the airport after 20
minutes flying each time. Apparently the air -conditioning system was not working. I notice
this airline only has 5 planes and I feel they are over-using these planes. If anything goes
wrong they have no backup.

Dublin to Dubrovnik. The cabin crew was friendly and able to cater for passengers requests.
Dubrovnik prove that even in the current economic climate it is still possible to offer that little
extra (complementary tea and coffee and croatian brandy) to make your journey more enjoyable. There
was a short delay but this was explained and apologised for.

Flew Dubrovnik Airline sa a number of times over the past few years and although their MD aircraft
must be amongst the most elderly in the European charter world, the experience was excellent.
Travelled Cork-Dubrovnik and I found the crew to be friendly and helpful and flights were punctual.
