Flights out of Niagara Falls airport were cancelled 40 minutes before take off with no explanation. Most
people on the 3-4 flights were already through security and waiting. Several hundred people tried to wait for
their luggage and leave. We can find no information about why the flights were cancelled or if we can get
reimbursed. These inconveniences make the expected savings not so appealing.

Niagara Falls to Punta Gorda. Staff great at both airports. Niagara falls airport is lovely and we left on time.
Landed at Punta Gorda airport which is not set up to handle the crowds coming and going. About an 1.5 hrs
standing in line to leave on the return flight. Flight attendants were courteous and friendly.

Niagara Falls, NY to West Palm Beach Return. Outward leg was an older plane but was fine and on time.
Return leg was a nightmare. Checked-in online only to find the flight was delayed from 7am to 3pm. Once at
the airport told the flight was delayed until 6pm and later re-adjusted to 9.45pm. At 9pm 4 deputies we are
informed our flight has been cancelled. Direct Air put us up in a hotel and we have to keep checking their web
site. Still on hold on the phone, over an hour now. The gate representatives lied to us continuously, and it
might be 3 days before they have a plane for us.

Do yourself a favor and fly any other airline. My family and I were stranded for 12 hours at the Plattsburgh,
NY airport with no information from Direct Air. On our return flight we were rescheduled for 1/2 hour earlier
and didn't take off until 1.5 hours later. Passengers and pilots waited for flight attendants who needed an
extra hour rest but had time to stop at Dunkin Donuts for coffee before arriving at the airport. Very poor
customer service with no compensation for customers.

For the second time this week I am stranded in a very small airport with no correct information from Direct Air
as to flight status. The weather is clear both here and at the destination. My previous horrible day was a 12
hour wait while they flew a plane from Florida to Northern New York because our plane turned out to be
disabled. Today, there is no explanation for the 6 hour delay (so far).

Niagara Falls NY to Palm Beach FL. NF Airport is great, parking $5/day. Check-in was a bit chaotic. Did not
book seats ahead of time but had two seats together. Flight attendants were not friendly - appeared to be
going through the motions. The plane is definitely older but not uncomfortable. Bathroom was dirty, and
garbage in seat pockets. On the return, again, the plane was older. Flight attendants going through the
motions. This is a discount airline, so if price is the most important thing to you, this is the way to go. If
customer service is your thing, do not book with Direct Air.

We flew from Niagra Falls NY to Punta Gorda return. The flight was on time, staff at the airports and flight
staff were friendly. The plane was older but comfortable, I am 6'1' and had no issues.

PGD-ABE return. It was a cheap flight, there are added fees for checked bags, priority boarding and
refreshments but everyone charges for that. Seats were small and uncomfortable. That was my biggest
complaint with this airline. You can't check-in online in advance-you can only check-in at the airport ticket
counter. This is an inconvenience if you're not checking bags because you still have to stand in line. But they
do have assigned seats and board by rows, beginning from the rear of the aircraft.

Two wonderful experiences out of Plattsburgh to Myrtle and Punta Gorda. On time, comfortable,
cheerful flight attendants. Less than half the price of comparable Canadian flights.

I did not know what to expect when we flew from Niagara Falls to West Palm Beach.
The flight was nearly on time at both locations. We failed to bring our own snacks so we had to purchase the on-board soda for $2.00.
Tried to buy Chex-Mix also but they had run out and only had lousy granola type bars available.
The seating was very close and the aisle was quite narrow. On the return trip, the plane was late leaving West Palm due to passenger
back up at the security check point. Also the crew arrived late because the departure time had changed-passengers were aware but the
crew didn't know. On both trips, the pilots comments were hard to understand with everybody asking, "What did he say".
For the value, it was an okay deal and I would consider flying them again.

A horrible experience from Punta Gorda to to Toledo. We were supposed to leave at 8:30am.
When we arrived for check in no plane was available and we were stuck in the smallest airport
in the US. Food was not offered as compensation. We finally got off the ground at 3:00pm.
We will never fly this airline again.

Orlando Sanford to Kalamazoo. The plane had the least amount of leg room of any plane I have
ever been on. I am 6'2" and my knees were pushed into the seat in front of me. My wife is
5'10" and when the lady in front of her leaned her seat back we measured she had less than
11.5 inches of clearance to her nose. Also, the lady sitting next to us had a baby on her lap
and when the man in front of her leaned her chair back my wife had to let him know he was
pushing the baby into the lady he had to put his seat forward. This airline should post a
warning that anyone 6'2" or taller must book a 1st class seat. It was torture and I will
never fly this airline again no matter how cheap the flight.

Decent, cheap flight from Worcester, Mass to Myrtle Beach - the most pleasant flight
experience I've had in years. The flight was operated by Xtra air on a Directair 737. FA's
were very nice, attentive, and cheery. FA's ensured everyone had snacks and/or drinks and even
cleaned the bathrooms! Add in the fact that the flight was $98 each way and its a win-win.
