BCN to VIE return. Both flights with a 60% load factor making the flight more pleasant. A320-200
were in good shape in both legs. Interiors have Recaro blue leather seats with the magazine pouch in
the upper side of the seat to allow more legroom. Despite this, the pitch was incredibly tight. I'm
1m83 and I was uncapable of fitting my legs without having to press in the seat in front of me. No
IFE (as Vueling does) and paying catering at standard price in low cost carriers. Cabin crews were
efficient though. The overall experience was positive though the lack of space made the flights a
bit unpleasant.

LCG – LHR. The experience started well when I was able to print my boarding card as soon as I had
completed my booking, two months before the flight. A Coruna airport is a typical small regional
airport, and was quiet on my visit on a Sunday at 2pm – only one man in front of me at the security
point staffed by pleasant people. Our plane arrived on stand approximately 30 mins before schedule
departure and I was pleasantly surprised that the crew managed to offload the arriving passengers,
board us and depart on time in such a short period. Legroom was noticeably narrow, although our
plane had the Recaro seats (also found on Iberia and Finnair) with the magazine rack in the back of
the headrest, which helped. I slept most of the way to Heathrow, but the crew seemed friendly and
helpful from what I saw (and very smartly turned out in great uniforms). We arrived early and were
on stand and off the plane in no time. I can’t comment on baggage, as I had hand luggage only. At
€50 one way I was very impressed with this flight and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend clickair.

MAH-BCN-MAH. Both flights on time. The planes were clean and staff friendly. The seat pitch would
be a little tight for anyone tall. Seats with extra legroom can be purchased for an extra cost. I
didn`t check in any bags so I cannot comment about that. I checked in on ine and printed both
boarding cards with no problems. Everything onboard has to be paid for as with any other low cost
carrier but the prices looked reasonable.

Used this airline in a number of occasions, and I've always encountered the same problems: Limited
options for online check-in, crowded and/or understaffed check-in counters, occasional delayed
flights, expensive flights for being the cheaper alternative of a major carrier (Iberia) and, above
everything, rude staff.

VLC to LHR. Check in was quick and pleasant, as my husband is Japanese we were not able to print
our own boarding cards. We had selected our choice of seats at booking time and were curious to
know if the last row, which was labelled an exit row, would have any extra room. It did not.
Still, the seats were modern and comfortable. Although the seat pitch seemed incredibly tight, the
chair design meant that the magazines were stowed in the top half of the seat back behind the tray.
This gave a full extra inch of leg room compared to seats where the magazines are stowed
conventionally - assuming that your thighs allow you to keep your knees relatively close together.
Our flight was perhaps 75-80% full which gave us an empty seat in our 3x3 row. All in all, more
enjoyable than Easyjet or Ryanair, and only the lack of drinks and sandwiches meant this airline is
a notch down from AirBerlin.

DUB-BCN. I booked flights in November 2007 with ClickAir on the Dublin Barcelona route. Flights
cost €350 in total for 2 persons return. I got an email on 30 January 2008 stating that the flights
were cancelled and I should contact their customer services to arrange an alternative. Based on Mr.
O'Reilly's posting below it appears that ClickAir could have given me and countless other pre-paid
passengers considerable more notice regarding these cancelled flights. Having contacted their
customer service section they advised that no alternatives were available and that they would
arrange for a refund to be made - this has not occurred to date. They also gave no reasoning for
the cancellation of the flights. I have followed this up with further phone calls and emails, but I
am still to receive a refund (or even a response form ClickAir). ClickAir are a cowboy operation
and I advise others using this route to look at alternatives.

I booked my flights in Sept 2007 for 4 people to Barcelona on 9 Feb 2008. The flight times were
excellent and the value fantastic at €50 each all inclusive. Too good to be true! On the 14 Jan
2008 "Clickair" clicked me to say the flights were cancelled. Alternative flights have cost me
€250, five times as much. I am still waiting for their customer service to contact me with
alternative options. I have emailed them several times without response and have tried
unsuccessfully to telephone also, requesting a refund of the total cost. Had I booked with one of
the other airlines in September it would have cost me €400.. Now it has cost me €1000 + my refund of
€226.5, which remains outstanding.

BCN-AMS. Airplane quite old, crew did the security demonstration in seconds (I mean it). Cheap

Barcelona to Helsinki. This is self service airline. We booked our return flight back to home three
months advance. Paid 10€ supplement per passenger for exit seats. Week after reservation, they
cancelled our flight without notice. Review itinerary at Clickair´s website replied with error
message, four emails sent to them and no reply. It took three weeks when they realized the situation
and changed our flight. We had one more day at BCN. If you book a flight from this airline, I advice
you to check you itinerary several times. Also read carefully all small printed texts you have in
your email from them. On bill there was a small statement saying, if your flight leaves after 00:00
(12PM) as our did at 00:45, you have to make check-in before 23:00 (11PM) to get into your flight.
And if there are an error message in review itinerary web page, you flight might have been changed.
Check-in at BCN was ok. Departure gate changed one time without notice as w saw it from tv-monitors
and walked to the right gate. At boarding we were greeted, I found aircraft A320 old and having
dirty interior. Though generous legroom at exit seats were fine. No magazines, no entertainment.
They sold rolls with 8€ price, small water bottle at 1.5€ - expensive. Crew English language skills
were fair but not good. Cabin air was warm entire flight as they do not have blankets to give.
Overall so much self service and trouble to have with this airline. Shame that Air Berlin didn´t had
flight from BCN to HEL via TXL in November as we would booked them. But this was direct flight and
only 50€ per passenger plus 6.50€ charge using credit card as this is lowcost airliner.

Rome FCO to Barcelona. Aircraft a few months old. Clean & bright. Seats pretty tightly packed.
Aircraft late, we sat on board for almost another hour, with no aircon in hot temperatures, as the
crew could not reconcile the passenger numbers. No apologies from the crew in any way for the delay.
Flightdeck did not speak at anytime to the passengers. Aircraft parks at the greatest possible
distance from the terminal at BCN. At least your bags are already on the belt by the time you get to
arrivals. Clickair - cheap but not particularly cheerful.

Dublin to Barcelona and back with different airline. We booked our flights through Iberia.Com and the
flight code we were given was different to the code displayed at Dublin Airport but as long as you are
aware of this before travelling it poses no problems. Check in in Dublin Airport opened early which
allowed us to check in with no time wasted. We were designated seat numbers which was new to Clickair
which allowed easy embarking. The seats were no tighter than the average short flight airbus. We
departed on time and we found this airline compared favourably to the more expensive carriers. Dont
be put off by the cheap prices as the service is a high as their competitors. Book directly with
Clickair as it is cheaper than booking the same flight through Iberia.com. The price quoted is
inclusive of all charges and taxes, free baggage allowance and choice of seats. (only premium seating
has extra charges). Clickair also flies into the main airport in Barcelona with excellent transport
options into the city unlike other low cost airlines which fly you to airports which are less
convenient.

on schedule and enjoyable. Fares very reasonable.

LIS-BCN and BCN-LIS last week. Very friendly crew, nice aircraft, clean and modern interiors with nice
leather seats. Seat pitch is a bit small, but OK for a 1h30 flight. Outbound flight delayed because of
a strike of airport staff in Lisbon. They apologized and explained it well. Inflight service is like
all other low cost airlines: you pay for everything. But I paid 50 Euros for a return flight so I
accept it.

Flew several times over the past few months MUC-BCN. Aircraft clean. Onboard service normal for a low
cost airline, catering must be paid, no newspaper etc. Distance between the seats still OK for two
hour flights (I'm 1,87m tall). If you take a longer flight you'll feel uncomfortable. Waited seven
hours in BCN for my Clickairflight. There's no customer service agents at the airport and Iberia is
not really interested to help. Don't use the official email address "info" posted at the website.
Airfares are shown at the website you have to pay an extra charge by using credit cards.

EDI-BCN return. Booked on Expedia, who tell you that it's Iberia until you get the confirmation page
when you discover that you've got their lowcost subsidiary. Having said that, both flights were on
time. The seating is tight (this is 2 hours 30 minutes and I'm 6"2"). The people are friendly enough.
I'd rather take a direct lowcost flight than connect through Heathrow (or wherever) and would
definitely fly them again.

LHR - Sevilla. Aircraft modern, minimalist feel, clean and in a good
state of repair. Legroom is not generous but otherwise the seats were
comfortable. Food must be paid for in Euros or credit card - no problem,
but sandwiches were not a good experience to the extent that own
catering will be provided in future! Do not like free seating, although
maybe it's the enviable Spanish mentality, but this did not trigger the
once and never again to be experienced Ryanair stampede. It surely does
not cost any more to allocate seats!! The cabin crew were friendly the
flight crew did their job with ease and overall the experience was a
good one, as was the fare, which must always be remembered in making
assessments.

6 July 2007 Customer Trip Rating :
I've flown them several times between LHR and VLC. Aircraft are clean
but spartan, although the leather seating is certainly no worse than
Iberia. So far, flights have been punctual and service is less stuffy
than Iberia, and avoids the holiday camp style of EasyJet. At tourist
class level I think service is better than IB, but that doesn't set the
bar very high. The morning direct flight is a real boost, in previous
years I had a series of unreliable Air Nostrum connections via Barcelona
or Bilbao. While probably better service is offered than the other low
cost rivals on the route, the overall experience still feels cheap and
not very pleasant if you're on business. Clickair should offer a
priority boarding service and better customer service at LHR given the
growing number of security related problems.

LHR-VLC being a regular commuter between London - Valencia its good to
have another choice on this route beside Easy and Ryan. Advantage of
Clickair for me and others I know is the early morning flight out of VLC
on Monday mornings (better if it was even earlier) for work and business
in London. Prices competitive with Ryan and Easy although high summer
prices were not, but I like the fact the price advertised are what you
pay (unlike the Ryan booking system). For me also Heathrow port means
I'm only paying tube fares and not the Euro 30 Gatwick or Stanstead rail
returns on top of flight costs. Have been delayed at Heathrow end (not
too long) on each occasion - but then thats' the usual BAA Heathrow
congestion problem. Seat room is tight but those who are regular head
straight for the mid window rows which have great leg room. Good so far
and it always helps to have another choice, I will continue to play the
field with the other two airlines but due to flight times only if they
offer a much cheaper price. Service staff smart and friendly.

25 June 2007 Customer Trip Rating :
Booking Iberia and getting Clickair is simply fraud. Iberia disclaims
any responsibility for Clickair and will not help if problems emerge,
although Clickair is a subsidiary of Iberia (one is issued boarding
passes designated Iberia). We had problems aplenty. Arriving at check-
in on 21 June while the flight from Barcelona to Venice was still
posted, we were told that we could not get a boarding pass. The check-
in people said they did not represent Clickair and gave us a number to
call. We did on our Italian-based cell phone, confirmed our booking
code, and put our phone into the hands of the agents. They said they
could do nothing. So we recalled the number and were told that we would
have to rebook at a charge of 50 euros each. We then attempted to do so
for a flight the next day. The best deal we could cut came to 279.50
EUR with no credit for the 245.77USD we had originally paid. So we
returned to Barcelona, by luck got a last-minute hotel for 150 EUR, and
ended up paying 40 EUR for cell phone charges. Iberia lists prices just
below competing low-cost airlines between Venice and Barcelona: Vueling
and Alpieagles. Clearly the intent is to drive away the competition.
We have used both and have found the service excellent. Iberia's ruse
must be exposed.

Flew several times over the past few months LHR-VLC. Always on time,
almost no check in queue, polite staff maybe a little slow on the
service. Comfortable seat and for me at 5'10" seat pitch is fine. Every
other carrier is LGW or STN to VLC so good to have a Heathrow service.
At E80 euros return I cannot fault their service. Fares on the website
are quoted all inclusive of taxes so the fare you see advertised is what
you get. Compare this with Ryanair or Easyjet and you have to get
almost to the end of the booking to find out the £10 fare is actually
going to cost £80 which is so annoying.

LGW-SVQ-LGW on Clickair, and the return was £48 including taxes.
I was quite suprised. The flight boarded early and there was no
organisation to the boarding procedure, it was a free for all both ways,
however we were lucky enough to get overwing exit seats outbound and leg
room was more than enough. There was plenty of room however on the
inbound sector it was a different story. Very cramped in the other
seats. Cabin crew were professional although not much range on the
Inflight Menu. Limited range of products and basic sandwichese.
All in all great value for money and I would rate better than easyjet in
terms or quality and would fly with them again.

I bought my ticket from Iberia, and at no time was Clickair mentioned.
The seat pitch is tight - more than one hour anyone over 6 foot will
have an uncomfortable flight. Plane looked clean but the seats must have
been designed by a robot, hard plastic and unfriendly - there is nowhere
to put your bottle of water or your book. The staff were friendly, but
never again. Iberia no longer operates from Barcelona to Malaga.

Booked return from Dublin to BCN with Iberia but turned out to be
Clickair. Flight dep times changed numerous times from afternoon to
morning same for return flight - approx 6 times! On arrival to check in
lots of people claiming flight the day before was cancelled no
explanation given. Seat pitch terrible as outlined by others here.
Return flight BCN to Dublin 7.00am flight delayed due to technical
problems - at 12.00 told that new plane arriving from Dublin which was
smaller than initial plane so 15 people would have to drop off. Thought
this was strange as there didn't seem to be that many people on the
flight to start with. Offered 250E to drop off plus overnight
accommodation accepted the offer. Serious amount of red tape involved in
getting this money off Iberia - immediately booked Jet2 to Belfast with
the cash. Never again - a bunch of cowboys!

Valencia - Heathrow, booked online via Iberia website which doesn't
really highlight you will be flying clickair and not Iberia. Check-in
was fine and friendly enough. The seat pitch is the tightest I've ever
experienced, I couldn't physically fit my legs in, I had to fly with my
knees pushed out into the gangway, if you are approaching or more than
6'4'' like me, think carefully before booking with clickair. The seats
themselves have next to no padding.

Valencia-Heathrow. Iberia code share in replacement of de-scheduled
Iberia flight. Check in took 35 minutes because of argument between
check in agent and business agent about how to handle Iberia booking.
Spartan lounge area was only preparation for closest pitch I have seen
on any airline. But, that was made up for by the minimal padding on the
seats which had exposed sharp fasteners and peeling glue. Plane appeared
new, but had signs of early wear and tear. Crew mostly interested in
selling everything except complimentary instant coffee. Crew failed to
note seat in front of me reclined from boarding to deplaning. I cannot
think of one positive thing about this flight.

BCN-AMS. Check-in fast and without problems, IB boarding pass but
monitors in terminal show Clickair flight, leading to confusion with
other passengers and therefore a delayed departure. A320 with new seats
but dirty cabin. Crew uninterested and very slow cabin service despite
light load. Seats are OK-ish but pitch is tight. Boarding via stairs in
BCN adds to the hassle; overall I share the observation of other people
that Clickair is ignored by IB and has a cheap look & feel that is
shared by the attitude of employees. Landing was on-time and the gates
used at AMS same as IB.

LHR-Seville-LHR in February. Check in was really slow at LHR but this
had something to do with a large sports group checking in at the same
time and 'negotiating' their excess baggage. Seats not allocated at
check-in, but you are given a boarding group A,B or C depending on when
you checked in. Leg room very tight, I'm 5'10'' and my knees were
against the seat in front, bearable (just) for this duration, wouldn't
want to travel any further though, how the sports group coped, all of
whom were over 6'4'', is anyones guess. Check-in at Seville was quick,
flight was 75 minutes late leaving Seville, which would be OK if anyone
bothered to tell you what was happening, of course no-one did. It was in
fact due to the late arrival of the inbound aircraft. Caught up about 30
minutes en-route. Flight attendants were excellent in both directions,
they even know how to smile (a rarity these days in economy class). Good
value for money and would use again if necessary, but I still prefer BA
for short haul when I can use them.

BCN to Zurich was delayed. I was told this at check-in at 14.50. The
screens showed the flight as delayed to 1750, gate M50. They did
announce around 1730(?) on the intercom that refreshments were available
in the bar in the M4 module but it was only announced in Spanish so I
don't think the non-Spanish speakers knew. Also no Clickair personnel
were around in the M5 terminal to help and because there is a security
control for M5, you couldn't leave the module without going in a group
with a staff member. We eventually were taken through by an Iberia staff
member after waiting around for 20 minutes. At this point, the screens
showed CLOSED with no further information. There was no problem getting
a sandwich although the restaurant staff had different ideas of what was
allowed to be included. The flight eventually left at 2000. The flight
itself was fine and the staff were friendly. Some passengers asked for
the complaint form and received it but it was not volunteered by the
staff nor announced.

I've flown three times during the last week with Clickair as Iberia is no longer offering the route
Barcelona-Seville. It's A320-200 used to belong to Iberia but with they have new refurbrished
interiors. Seats are the same Recaro seats that Swiss is offering in their A320 fleet but this time
in blue leather. Seat pitch is extremely tight, I had serious problems in fitting in my seat (I'm
1.83 m tall). Service is standard in low cost companies meaning that catering must be paid,
fortunately it isn't that expensive. All my flights have been extremely punctual. The crew are quite
friendly and they respond quickly to passenger calls. No IFE, they have removed the cabin screens
these aircraft use to have, seats have no audio equipment, this means they are not previewing any
IFE in a future. No in-flight magazines nor press.
Despite service being minimum and seats very uncomfortable their fares are excellent. Anyway,
competition from Barcelona is hard, and Vueling is offering a much better service. The main
advantage is that Clickair has Iberia's support (codeshares and connections).

New 180 seat Airbus A320, leather seats offering the usual Economy-class
standards, limited drink and snack service to be paid in Euros or CC.
Only problem - no customer service agents at the airports, Iberia is not
interested to help their low-cost affiliate. This caused big problems
for me at BCN, missed my plane because of lost or stolen ID-card, and
police report was considered insufficient at check-in desk.
