MIA-POS-PBM / GEO-MIA. First time on Caribbean after many flights with BWIA. I must say that this
was a positive surprise. More leg space than many US carriers. Clean cabin, full meal service on the
MIA-POS & vv. legs, snack & beverage between POS and the Guyanas. Fast check in, friendly ground
staff and cabin crew. Got coffee served in the rear galley in POS while stopping from GEO to MIA.
The new immigration facility in MIA at concourse H/J is much better than the one of D-F. Baggage
arrived fast on both ends. Overall a very good experience. The only point they should do better: The
transit from one flight to another in POS airport is a little complicated. They should build a
stairway from arrival to departure for transit passengers and more counters with at least 2-3 agents
to handle the transit passengers. I assume the airport was not designed to handle transit passengers
in a larger number who do not need to pass through immigration and customs.

POS-JFK. Very disappointed in the service on Caribbean Airlines on my return to NYC. Service from
JFK was professional, but the service at Piarco was horrible. The counter staff seemed unprepared to
check in passengers and took an extremely long time. When I finally got to the counter, I was told
that the flight was over-booked and the seat that I had previously booked online (2 mths prior to my
trip) was taken and they were not sure if a seat was available. About 10 other passengers faced the
same situation. Half hour later I was given a seat. Ordered a seafood dinner, but was given a
chicken sandwich. When asked about my request, the pursor apologized for the mix-up and did see it
on the meal list but was unable to fulfill the request as the flight only had one such meal that was
given to someone else. Been travelling on this airline since I was a 10yr old kid 35 yrs now and
not only did BWIA start deteriorating since the end of the 90s, but changing the name is like
putting a plaster on an old wound. Caribbean Airlines - BWIA it's the same poor service.

LHR-POS-LHR some time back. Must say it's an upgrade from what BWIA had to offer. FAs charming,
talking a lot with passengers and smiling while being effective. The interior is just average
seating (Economy) with tv screens in front of every seat, though disfunctional outbound. Food was
chicken curry, very nice. Stopped in Antigua to drop of vacationers but landed on time in POS.
Now that BA has taken over operations I can only say that it's sad Trinidad & Tobago no longer is
represented in Europe. BA is overpriced and not that charming by comparison.

POS-JFK First Class. Checkin was fast, and first class lounge was empty. Food available/drinks with
comfortable seating and pleasant decor. Caribbean Airways First Class is more like premium class
when compared to other major airlines. Seat arrangement on the 737, 2-2. Seat pitch was comfortable,
however with the inability to recline all the way with no foo rest. IFE was on standard roof 7inch
video screens. The staff onboard was very friendly, excellent service. Food choice was also
excellent and the meal was very good. We arrived on time without any major hitches. Would definitely
travel with them again.

POS-YYZ-POS. Checked in on-line before arriving at POS. When I got to the bag drop off counter the
system was down. On-time departure and friendly cabin crew. When the meal arrived it did not look
great, but was acceptable. Upon Arrival to YYZ we were welcomed and thanked for choosing the
services of Caribbean Airlines by the Caribbean Airlines ground agent before being invited to
disembark. On the return, Check in at YYZ was quick. A vast improvement of service and cabin
appearance from BWIA.

MIA-POS on Caribbean and made the return on American. Caribbean compared favorably. I found the
flight staff and pilots utterly charming; being welcomed to "the twin island republic of Trinidad &
Tobago" by the pilot was endearing. I was surprised we were provided a hot dinner. My only complaint
was that it took a long time for the flight attendants to clear the meal trays.

3 July 2007 Customer Trip Rating :
Barbados - St Maarten Economy Class. Early morning check in at Grantley
Adams International Airport where 4 check in desks were in operation but
as is usual in the part of the world, nothing appeared to be happening
quickly or efficiently. Eventually checked in and received a boarding
pass for a window seat as opposed to free seating as is the policy for
LIAT - the only other Caribbean carrier I've flown with before. Boeing
737-800 with wing tips wearing bright new "hummingbird" livery arrived
the gate on time. This service had originated in Port of Spain before
arrival into Barbados. It would then take us on to St Maarten before
continuing to Kingston, Jamaica. As a result, this glorified bus tour
was already about 80% full from passengers who boarded in Trinidad.
Boarding commenced using forward and rear doors with stairs. Upon entry
at the rear door, no crew member present so was free to make my own way
to my seat. No surprise that on such a full flight, passengers had
spread out during the technical stop which had resulted in pretty much
there only being middle seats left. Then realised why there had been no
crew present at the rear as they had clearly failed to control the
situation properly and were now taking cover in the forward galley
pretending not to notice and leaving passengers to sort themselves out.
Decided after receiving vacant blank stares from the guy occupying MY
window seat to save my breath as he clearly had no intention in moving
and concluded that for an hours flight, I could just about tolerate a
middle seat. What is the point in giving specific seat numbers to
passengers when the airline cant honor them? Would seem sensible to
adopt an "easyjet" approach and designate Economy as free seating. On
time departure out to the east then left turn to a northern track
towards Antigua before decending in to St Maarten. IFE provided in the
form of drop down monitors with Caribbean promotional programming and
route map. Immigration forms for St Maarten bound passengers were
distributed followed by a bar service where soft drinks were offered on
a complimentary basis. St Maarten provides one of the most spectacular
and dramatic approaches into any airport in the World which is why a
window seat would have been favourable, however a clear enough view from
where I was sitting. On time arrival into the brand new airport terminal
facility which is now totally airconditioned. Disembarkation by jetway
from the forward entry door only. Overall a pleasant enough flight which
ran to timetable. This was only let down by this particular cabin crews
inability to control passengers in transit prior to BGI passengers
boarding. Otherwise an effective and speedy service.

Recent flight from Barbados to Georgetown, return in J class. Their flights are via the Port of
Spain hub. Pleasant service on board. The Business Lounges are adequate and comfortable. The POS
one has a shower in there as well to freshen up. Overall no complaints and would use them again if
ever in that part of the world and need an island hop.

Flew Heathrow to POS. Left on time arrived slightly early. Service
excellent, mind you there were only 50 passengers onboard an A340
Airbus. Returned POS to Heathrow - upgraded to first class using
frequent flier points. First class service was great.Only problem is
this service is ending in late March, when it will be operated by
British Airways from Gatwick, so be prepared for BA style rip off
prices. In future we are are probably going to fly Excel via Tobago.

Started operations this past January 01, 2007. I have had the
opportunity to fly the airline Port of Spain to JFK, New York. Well
done, is about all I can say. On-time and very good for the new airline.
Looking forward to trying this service again.
