Fly regularly from Lyon to Birmingham with Brit Air, the plane is small and when full feels cramped. The staff are
friendly and generally helpful. But the downside is your arrival in Birmingham, you always have to wait an age for
the bags as the ground staff never seem ready for the planes arrival. I certainly do not think that this flight offers
the greatest value for money considering the age of the plane and lack of comfort when anywhere near full.

Genoa-Paris CDG. Flew this route on the CRJ. Check-in at Genoa was a shambles, no clear priority desk for
business/elite customers. Bags can be left at the bottom of the steps on boarding, and collected on arrival. Aircraft
is in Air France livery, and is pretty much a standard Air France flight. Onboard offered Tea, Coffee, Hot Chocolate
and Water, as well as croissants. Generally a good and comfortable flight.

Lyon - Birmingham a small 50 seater. On time, efficient staff, smooth flight, seats rather
snug for the larger passenger, but all things considered a very satisfactory first time
experience with this airline. I'd be happy to repeat.

NCL-CDG.
First time I had flown on an Embraer plane before, and I have to admit that I was impressed.
Plenty of leg room and very quiet, though I was sat near the front of the plane and not at the
back with the engines! Staff were attentive, though as for the snack on board, well frankly,
dont know why they bothered! For a quick flight, I cannot complain

ORY-LDE-ORY Economy on CRJ700 aircraft. Flights on time, and attentive staff both in ground and
during the flight. A snack and drink were served. Planes small but comfortable, with all-leather
seats. Very good for short haul flights. BritAir is a subsidiary of Air France.
