Istanbul to Sarajevo and back on ATR 72-212. The meal was a small sandwich and a drink, but when I
asked for a glass of water, the crew simply said "there is no water". The seats were so close to
each other even you cannot stretch your legs. Also the corridor was very narrow that when the crew
passed by hitting my arms several times while I was reading newspaper.

Frankfurt to Sarajevo. Check in was very smooth and quick. Crew was
helpful and friendly. The plane clean but a little bit outdated. Meal
onboard was just one type of sandwich (cheese) with drinks.
Entertainment on board equal zero.

I flew with Air Bosnia Stockholm to Sarajevo and on to Budapest. The
segments ARN-SJJ-ARN were operated by Air Bosnia and SJJ-BUD-SJJ were operated by MALÉV Hungarian
Airlines. Price were very low. Service on board Air Bosnia was nice. Staff
were helpful. They spoke English with heavy Bosnian accent, but that was ok.

Have flown with Air Bosnia 7 times now and I can tell there have been some changes
lately. They are
now flying the MD-81. Everything about this airline is average or below, but you have to remember
that this airline is a new one.

Air Bosnia from Sarajevo to Budapest a while ago. The airplane was an old Tupolev,
probably leased from one of the former-Soviet republics. Although short, flight was very
uncomfortable. The plane was noisy and in a questionable state. Announcements were inaudible. The
interior was in an awful green colour, seats narrow and tiny, with the ability to fold the back
forwards. Meal was average, but at least there was one on this short-haul flight. Airport staff
were disinterested and not very professional, as they chatted among themselves constantly. I fly a
lot, and the quality of this flight still sticks with me as the most uncomfortable one. Would not
recommend.
