Very poor service from this airline from Reggio Calabria to Rome. Our flight was delayed by 45 minutes. We had flight to catch in Rome which were likely to miss due to this delay. Blue Panorama (blu-express) did not offer any assistance what-so-ever. We were first asked to separate our bags into three (my backpack zips apart into two compartments) - this would only delay them coming off the plane in Rome. Then we asked for a priority un-boarding of our bags and were told that they don't do that type of thing. The only thing they did offer us was to board the plane in Reggio Calabria first so we could get a seat close to the door. I would not recommend this airline nor would I use them again.

I flew from Venice - Treviso to Marsa Alam and back on June 2012. The plane was an old Boeing 757-200, all the interiors had seen much better days but in general the plane was clean. Food and drinks were provided for free (on a 4-hours flight) and they were of good quality considering that I was sitting in Economy class. Both flights were delayed of over one hour, one of which for technical problems. The staff on board was kind and helpful.

Had a ticket from Milan to Istanbul. Arrived in Milan only to find that they had cancelled our flight and didn't notify us at all. They had apparently cancelled the entire route from Milan to Istanbul, forcing us to pay for a much more expensive last minute flight on Alitalia. We were appalled that they didn't notify us ahead of time of the cancellation. Plus, in order to get a refund, we had to call the ticket agent on the phone and couldn't process the refund at the airport. I would never fly with these jerks ever again.

Our flight from Nice to Rome was changed from 10:45 am to 8:45 am. We received no notification as did several other passengers. Since we had to be in Rome that morning it cost us 1000 to get an Air France flight.

Rome to Bangkok return. Check-in at Rome took some time as many passengers had excess baggage. Boarding in Rome was slow but o board the leg room was very good and the flight was comfortable. Food ok and cabin crew considerate. Similar story on the return leg with uneventful flight. Both flights departed and arrived on schedule.

MXP-HAV return in Y class. Boeing 763ER was in good condition and quite confortable. I chose for "poltronissima air" that indicates the possibility to be assigned a seat in the emergency exit row larger than others, by paying 50 € at check-in desk, and overall was pretty good allowing me to stretch my legs. Cabin crew friendly and professional, passing around with water trolleys through all the flight. Both flights arrived at destination before the time scheduled.

NAP-RMF round trip in August. It was a charter flight, and everything went well, with exception of long check-in queue before the return flight (but the Marsa Alam Airport is small). FA present during the flight, meals served and eatable, double drink and coffee or tea. Legroom was enough (for a charter flight) for a 3 hour trip. A stupid guy smoked in the lavatory during the outbound flight and FA, upon being called, reacted quickly to enforce the safety rules. Think the fleet age is not the best possible. I can't rate safety standards or maintenance quality.

Flight to Cuba. This airline is simply a disaster. Terrible service both on the ground and in the air. Poor seats, meal etc. It is considered as cheap airline - not just on the price but the entire service.

From Milan MXP to Luxor Cairo on June 11. Positively impressed by this italian airline. Clean aircraft good seating in a 737-400 and very elegant and friendly FA. Flight on time and although it was a charter flight, snacks and drinks were served.
