Jakarta-Ambon. The aircraft and service were good by Indonesian standards. Had flown with them
a few times before, and always found them reliable, offering good fares and value for money.

I would not have chosen to fly this airline based purely on the look of their aircraft. A
friend booked our flight from Medan to Jakarta. The old 737-300 had a very used/tired feel
inside. Food was a roll and some water. This airline is clearly used by local people with a
tight budget. The flight went okay but I was mighty happy when we landed safely - I never felt
safe throughout the flight - just a feeling I had and I am not a nervous flyer.

Jakarta to Kupang and back (both via Surabaya) on B737. Check-In quick on both ways. First flight was
delayed for 2 hours. Provided with the same lunch box as on every leg of flight which followed (water
and plain bread). Return flight was on-time but we had to disembark in Surabaya and embark again
10min later (what's the use of that?).

Jakarta CGK to Manado MDC and return. Shiny new A319 aircraft was
spotlessly clean with reasonable seat pitch for a 3 hour domestic run.
Good to see local airlines updating fleet after years of elderly 737's.
Check-in staff and cabin crew all friendly and efficient - plenty of in
flight info and extra tea and coffee offered after meal service. Food
was disappointing, however, with a savoury snack and small pastry
insufficient for 3 hour flight. The first-world flying experience in a
new plane contrasted with distinctly third-world baggage reclaim at both
ends, with painfully slow service and pesky taxi touts.

Jakarta-Jogja, First time on board. It was like Garuda in the old times. The flight
was 3 hours late. At first it was announced 30 mins late. The plane arrived, but they decided to
take other passengers first to Jambi. Apparently they didn't have enough machines running for the
tight schedules. There were flights with Batavia air behind us that were late already. Very
disappointing. They did try to compensate it. During our waiting time they distributed mineral
water and a dry bread. It took a while too to get the plane started when we finally were on board.
many people were complaining. We did get a McDonald's Combo as we flew (1 pc. chicken + rice).
Departure was fine though, staffs were friendly and tried their best to respond to the complaints,
and we flew with a Boeing 737-300.
