BKK-USM-BKK. As PG and TG share this route between them, they can dictate the relatively high
prices. The lounge hardly provides a haven due to the fact that everyone on the flight has
access and can become noisy and does not compensate for the overpriced flights. The equipment
was clean, however, the crew on the flight to USM were a little indifferent. A small packaged
snack is provided, which is of poor quality and really not worth the trouble - particularly
when it was virtually thrown into the lap of my wife. As competition is seemingly controlled,
I would prefer it if they charged a realistic price and got rid of all of the gimmicks.

BKK-USM-UTP. Good flight to Samui, on time and in a clean, new aircraft. I was delayed on
arrival to BKK and had to change my flight which Bangkok Airways did without a problem and for
only a minor charge. The return flight to U-Tapao in the small prop was again on time and
hassle free. The only problems with Bangkok Airways are the food served onboard is pretty poor
and they are slightly overpriced. Apart from that Bangkok Airways is a good airline.

CNX-BKK. As usual, great service from start to finish. A319 spotless and seating was
comfortable (31 inch seat pitch). Sandwich and drinks served on this 1 hour flight, and
repeat drinks offered. Long bus ride to terminal at BKK but the luggage was emerging as we
arrived, so no time lost.

Bangkok-Phnom Penh-Bangkok. Quick check-in despite big queues outbound, modern clean
aircraft, friendly cabin crew and flights on time. What more can anyone ask for?

Very friendly, courteous and professional staff. Have a dedicated stand-by desk and team.
Easy check-in process. Provide children with toys even on short flights. Good snacks served.

Bangkok-Phuket return. Wonderful airline, the friendliest we've ever flown, from check-in to
cabin staff, very professional and efficient. We were surprised with the lounge facilities
for all passengers, great. Was a lot cheaper than Thai Airways to Phuket.

Just completed 3 flights in Thailand (BKK/USM, USM/BKK, BKK/HKT) all on A319/A320 aircraft.
Check-in for all flights painless. Lounge at BKK is a nice touch with free soft
drinks/snacks/internet access. All flights on time. Crew professional and friendly and
aircraft in very good condition. Inflight snacks acceptable for a short flight. Only issue
is that they never seem to use gates at BKK and get put on a bus to aircraft. Baggage delivery
at BKK painfully slow. Have used them before and would again.

Bangkok-Samui return. Flights were pretty much on time which was a relief coming back as I had
a connecting flight. Roll and drink offered which was fine. Cabin crew speak limited English
which I guess is expected on a small regional airline. Clean aircraft too. Would use again.

Bangkok-Phuket-Bangkok on A320, very good ground service. The lounge is superb, snack and
drinks are terrific as usual, unlimited free WIFI for all, or 10 minutes internet terminal
available. On board service is also good, except that meals are terrible; tasteless hard and
cold pastry or burger. Try to eat in the lounge if you need to (the local delicacy of sticky
rice and banana is always served, and it is very nice and filling). "Fragile" tag work well. I
forget to lock my luggage and they get one of their temporary lock for me without request. A
very nice airline to fly.

We recently flew from Koh Samui to Bangkok with Bangkok Airways prior to our return flight to
the UK the next day. During the flight we realised that we had left vital medication in our
hotel room and that my husband would have serious problems in the next 24 hours without it.
Both the stewardess on board the flight and ground crew at Bangkok Airport did everything in
their power to resolve the problem. A member of staff phoned our hotel immediately to arrange
to have the medication taken by taxi to Koh Samui airport. It was then taken on board the
next flight to Bangkok and we were telephoned within a few hours to advise us that they were
holding the medication for us at the airport to be collected the following morning prior to
our UK flight. Without their valuable help our last night in Thailand would have turned into
a real disaster. Thank you Bangkok Airways

BKK-USM return. A number of changes to flights due to plane changes but otherwise worked well
by staff. Service very good, lounge at BKK excellent. Onboard service was good with food and
drinks and good seating for short flight. Return flight from Koh Samui had bags checked right
through to final destination which worked well and came up at LGW after transiting DXB no
problems. All staff very helpful.

Recently travelled for the first time with Bangkok Airways, Bangkok to Phuket return. I was
very pleased with both flights, everything was good, check in, cabin crew and flight deck gave
two perfect flights. The lounge at Bangkok Airport was a very pleasant surprise, even more so
as it is available to all passengers. At Phuket, free orange juice, water and little snacks
were available for Bangkok Airways passengers, a very nice and welcome touch. Baggage checked
in at Phuket and not seen or, handled by me again until arrival at London Heathrow. The flight
is short about 1hr 15mins, I didn't feel the need to eat on such a short flight but the drinks
were welcome. A little lack of directions on arrival at Bangkok Airport prevents a 10/10 but
overall a most pleasant flying experience, would definitely use Bangkok Airways again.

Be careful what they advertise in their flight magazine: Fah Thai. In their November/December
2009 on page 78 a 20% discount for Siam Ocean World BKK is stated upon producing your boarding
pass. My friend and I did so and the staff at Ocean World denied us the discount saying that
it was an old promotion no longer valid! Bangkok Airways replied to me that this was not their
mistake, easy "exit" answer, at the end the passenger was cheated.
