DOH-BAH on A320. Check in fast and easy. Boarding and flight on time. Once on board very comfortable plane, clean and new. Crew always with a smile. Served a snack and soft drinks for a 30 min flight. Recommended low cost airline. (Under my point of view no low cost service, more a flag carrier airline service).

Economy from Amman to Doha via Bahrain. Both legs on A319. New aircraft, clean cabin with ample space, great attentive flight attendants. Excellent for a low-cost airline, we were offered a delicious free hot meal and a hot sandwich on the 20 minute sector from Bahrain to Doha! Only downside is the short transit period in Bahrain forcing us to run from one gate to another but our luggage did arrive in Doha safe and sound.

RUH-BAH-RUH Y class. Outbound sector delayed 1.5 hours, short flight and a so called chicken sandwich given out - actually looked and tasted like beef. For a short flight, its better to give nothing. The senior on board was an Indian lady and she was nothing short of snappy and short with people and her team. Return leg 2.5 hour delay - as we sat on the plane for 3 hours as a connecting passengers from their Kathmandu flight was delayed, were told it would be 40 minutes, then 1 hour, then 2 hours. Crew did their best, but in future I will drive - it would be much faster and cheaper.

Bahrain to Dubai. Staff looked exhausted and jumpy. Staff lacks professionalism in their answers to the passengers. One flight steward was explaining to a passenger how he flew for eleven hours straight and how he is tired. Food trolleys did not bare the insignia of Bahrain Air. It lacked infant bassinets. When asked for one, the answer from one of the stewardess replied, "I'm sorry we don't provide for one because this is a low cost carrier." When I showed her how upset I was with her response she replied, Try Gulf Air next time."

Beirut to Bahrain. Staff did not assist us with our infants or provide us with any option of assistance. Upon hearing that we want to complain, the staff started to yell at us. Very disrespectful and incredibly unprofessional. Food is not very good. Food trolleys have PIA on them. Plain rude and ill mannered people.

Bahrain to Abu Dhabi round trip. Easy check in, punctual departures and arrived early on both sectors. Excellent value for money. I have used Bahrain Air recently on this sector twice and must say so far my experiences have been positive. They will get my regular business as their prices are half that of their competitors on this route.

KWI-BEY on A320. The aircraft is fairly old, seats look dated, and the center monitor doesn't work nor retract. Seats cramped and pitch is very low. No IFE, not even an audio program. Food is by purchase, only a few options to choose from. They don't have their own food trolley as well. They were using an old one that belonged to Air Algerie. The flight was delayed by one hour, and there were conflicting seat assignments.
