Nice to Venice in October, 2010. Great service - better than most 3 star airlines. Good
snacks, good coffee, friendly flight attendants and Swiss punctuality. I would recommend this
airline.

Great flight from Geneva to Rome on a smalll Dash. Lovely juices, delicious muffins and
smiling FAs. If only all airlines were like this.

LCY-GVA. Great journey. Lots of legroom, 2 delicious muffins served with fresh coffee as well.

Nice to Venice, family of four, fabulous little airline. Clean, comfortable stylish interior.
Great food, in small interesting portions, and throughout the flight. Terrific service. The
flight was a little late in arriving at Nice, and FA's actually ran to make up for lost time.
We have never seen that before. Would happily fly them again anytime, anywhere.

Geneva to London City: comfortable plane with friendly attentive staff. I was really
impressed. Paid c£80 for a one way flight and was really happy with it. Service into London
City is really handy but they would be sensible to increase to two options a day. Wouldn't
have any concerns booking with them again.

Nice - Athens, 2 hour flight on Embraer 90. Wonderful service, 4 rounds of snacks, evian
water bottle, tea/coffee, chocolate, refresher towel, and all in regular economy. FA's
cou4teous and helpful. Not sure if it is the type of aircraft, but all seats seemed to be
misaligned with the windows, so you either have to look behind or forward to see out.

Geneva to Florence with my family. Clean well maintained aircraft. On time flights. Water,
Coffee, cakes and a sandwich were offered. Kids got a barba a papa. FA's were smart and
polite. Baboo took me back 25 years. Shame they don't fly on my regular routes.

Would rather pay the extra £40 or so and not have to go all the way to Gatwick and instead
land in City and in a cab 15 minutes later. Immaculate service, on time, comfy assigned seats,
loyalty points and get fed and watered - a small snack on the LCY to Geneva service but a
three course one at that and water and coffee. Would be nice if they served drinks too but it
is a relatively short flight.

GVA-LCY. Flawless service, friendly crew, good meal, on time. Only complaint is that the
competition use jets which are much faster, and with only 2 daily flights each way you don't
exactly have a world of choice. Also, LX or BA can be substantially cheaper.

LCY-GVA. Wonderful flight on small ATR-72 plane. Cabin crew attentive and very friendly. A
homemade muffin served, delicately skewered with a toothpick and a strawberry - Evian water
with coffee. Before landing, chocolates distributed and a kid sitting next to me was given a
toy. Had never flown Baboo before but was thoroughly impressed! Only drawback is no online
checkin!

LCY to Venice via Geneva. After cancelling our initial flight for operational reasons we got
to check-in for the rearranged flight (no online checkin or self service) to be told my wife
was now on a waiting list for the flight (another man with his family had been bumped
completely). After an hour at the front of check-in they got her a seat, just made Final Call.
Their claim that we wouldn't need to change planes at Geneva wasn't true for "operational
reasons" and wasn't explained to us until we got there. Long hike through Geneva airport,
passport control and security to get to a Skyteam flight who didn't seem to expect us and were
asked to sit where we could find a seat. On the plus side, inflight service excellent and the
flight back went off without a hitch but doesn't make up for the fiasco going. Wrote an email
to complain but after 2 weeks received no reply. I think they have staff shortages and looking
at the website they have reduced the timetable heavily, taken on too much too soon I suspect.

A ticket from London City Airport to Geneva for around GBP180 all taxes and fees included. At
London City Airport there was no signage for Baboo, so I started getting nervous. It didn't
help that the gate staff didn't seem to know that we were flying directly to Geneva (I heard
one staff tell two women we were going to Venice. She stood corrected.). However, I need not
have worried. Onboard, staff were brilliant and the service was great. Even though the flight
was short - 90 minutes or so - we were offered refreshments at no additional fee (juice,
pastries, tea, coffee). The aircraft was clean and comfortable. My flight back was just as
pleasant and honestly, I think Baboo is a gem of an airline. I'd happily fly with them again.

LCY-GVA return. Breakfast out smoothy and muffins, and could not fault the outward flight.
Return, tea time service, again on time, different attentive friendly FA's, soup and bread,
and it was very nice - what a great idea.

Geneva - Milan on Dash8 Q400. Everything about the flight was fantastic. Despite the fact is
was only an hour, they provided us with newspapers, food and drinks. The cabin crew were
hilarious, and even though it was 7am, they were having a great time. Considering they were
also the cheapest on that route, we were very happy with our choice. I will gladly fly with
them again.

GVA-LCY. Dash 8 Q400 plane with comfortable seats and a decent seat pitch (~34 inches). The
flight left on time and the service was prompt and friendly. A decent commuter airline.
