LCY-GVA-LCY in a Dash turboprop. Beautiful aircraft with good design inside and
out. Decent canapes served on board (more interesting than the cheese and
chutney sandwich that Swiss tend to serve their customers). The only problem is
that overhead storage space is quite limited in the aircraft that plies this
route (London City to Geneva). My flight was full both ways and I had the larger
type of carry-on with me. At the gate, they asked me to allow them to stow it in
the baggage compartment. They took the bag from me near the airplane itself and
appeared to handle it carefully so it was not a big hassle for me. On the way
back in the early morning they served some smoothies and mini muffins with tea
which was a nice touch.
Athens to Nice (a few days is via Geneva) Embraer 190LR. Very good, almost new
aircraft, spacious, and very good seating. The service in the cabin is
excellent, most of the time they offer you food (4 times – little snacks),
drinks, and juices. Excellent service when yesterday the return flight from
Nice, via Geneva and the weather at Geneva was terrible, the flight was
scheduled at 9:30, announced 1 hour delay, at the end at 12:30 they board us
(whom they wanted) to LH flight (which is a rival Star Alliance airline) to
Munich and Athens.
London City to Venice via Geneva (no change). It was a pleasure to travel with
an airline that looks after it's customers. The onboard staff were immaculately
dressed, food was innovative and delicious - and we were offered more if
required. Interior of aircraft was clean with plenty of leg room in leather
seats. We were made very welcome on board (rare in this day and age) and even
the pilot came to talk to us whilst on the ground in Geneva. All excellent.
GVA-NCE-GVA. Baboo is a wonderful airline offering a very nice balance of price/quality. It
even manages to offer the glamour of air travel by small and beautiful touches such as basic
but charming service, clean aircraft and kind and -really- smiling cabin crew as well as the
beautiful artworks on the aircraft. If they have a downside it is that some crew does not know
or refuse to speak English.

LCY-GVA Possibly the best flight I have had in a very long time. Clean aircraft, punctual
flight, nice landing, friendly and helpful staff from check-in onwards, very nice snacks
(mineral water, two different sorts of savoury, dessert coffee, and squares of chocolate) and
no pushing the duty frees.

Dash 8 Venice to Nice. Spotless aircraft, plenty of leg room, cheerful attendants, gourmet
finger foods brought around on trays. Olive bread, grilled zuccini on wooden sticks with
cheese in-between, chocolate mousse, bite size chocolates. We weren't expecting any food so it
was a very pleasant addition to our short flight to Nice. What a great little airline.

Embraer 190 GVA-NCE-GVA. Very comfortable plane, friendly crew, nice food, very good service.
We were on time on both flights. 1st class service for this regional airline.

They are constantly canceling flight, you constantly have to reschedule. Latest was Geneva-
Vienna-Geneva. The original Geneva-Vienna flight was cancelled so I had to reschedule. The
rescheduled flight was delayed for one and a half hour. The food provided was in a ridiculous
small quantity. I think they are experiencing some difficulties because they have also
cancelled some destinations.

Geneva - Athens return. New Embraer 190. Very polite and cheerful flying attendants. Snacks
plus water and wine, more than enough for 2.5 hours flight time. Pilots were giving
sufficient information regarding the flight conditions and the weather. The flight
entertainment system (a screen in the front seat and operation buttons in the arm of the
seat) was not in operation. I put 4 stars instead of 5 stars due to no justification for the
delay and the non-operation of the flight entertainment system. But if you do not consider
these two issues, the whole experience touches the perfection. I will continue flying with
Baboo and I recommend it with no reservation at least in this route (I have no experience
with other routes of the airline). It is an example of a small private airline that very
successfully competes other dominant airlines.

Renamed Baboo from flyBaboo. GVA-FCO-GVA. Dash8 outbound, E190 on inbound. Really Swiss-French
feel, excellent service and onboard catering concept reminded me of the old Crossair. Croissants and
Pain au Chocolat on the way down. Turkey & Cream Cheese wraps, Gaspascio and raspberry mousse on the
way back, all served by flight attendant taking each course down on a massive tray. Food was all in
miniature sampler format. They should increase the quantities. Staff friendly. Really a great 1h20
minutes.

Geneva- Naples return. A great product, on time flight, friendly crew. This is how flying used to
be. Nice small snack, bottle of evian water, Bulgari towels. Flight about 60% full. A great
alternative to the usual LCC product.

Marseilles - Geneva. Excellent flight and with only about a dozen
passengers aboard I had almost the feeling of flying in a private plane.
Leather seats and a bottle of Evian water and Foccacia bread offered
complimentary were nice touches and gave a feel of luxurious travel at a
reasonable price. Serving mostly deluxe holiday resorts in the western
Mediterranian and exquisite cities like Venice, Florence, Geneva and
Prague with small Dash aircraft certainly a niche product, but a very
nice experience.

I used this small Geneva based airline to fly from Venice to Geneva in
Feb 2006. I found the on-line booking system to be easy and clear. Check
in was efficient and boarding the Dash 8 done quickly and with a smile.
We left exactly on time & the cabin was spotlessly clean and well
maintained. As this is primarily a low-cost airline I did not expect
refreshments for the 1hour 10 min flight to Geneva so was extremely
pleasantly surprised to be offered firstly bottled water and then a
selection of both savoury and sweet pastries & cakes by the flight
attendant.
