	Rating : 8/10 Cabin Flown Economy Value for Money Seat Comfort Staff Service Catering Entertainment Recommended	Oct 20, 2012. Second flight on Atlasjet, this time from AYT to IST. Flight delayed half an hour, but still made my IST to CDG connection. No hidden fees. Did not charge a fee to check two bags, or for two carry on items. FAs attentive and courteous, complimentary sandwich on a one-hour flight. The seat in front of me didn't have a pocket in which to store my paperback and glasses, and I could not select my seat in advance, had to check in 24 hours prior to boarding. Other than these two complaints, Atlasjet is, in my opinion excellent value.

Have flown Atlasjet between Antalya and Istanbul six times in the last six months and they are our airline of choice for this domestic route. Friendly and obliging check-in and flight service, a drink and sandwich on this less-than-an-hour flight, clean aircraft and good leg room. Would like to try their flight to Stansted next year.

I have taken the following 5 flights over the past few months: Istanbul-Izmir-Istanbul (3), Istanbul-Bodrum- Istanbul (2). All flights were on time. Decent service even though flights took less than an hour. Loud and clear announcements from the flight deck. Cabin crew usually pleasant but their level of English is appalling- an area to improve. I used their free shuttle to downtown Bodrum and back to the airport and was happy with its efficiency. Tickets cost usually cheaper than Turkish and Pegasus and I hope they can maintain to be this way. I will be a returning customer next summer!

IST-BJV on A321, return leg A332. We were number 22 in take-off queue. Cabin crew served snacks and drinks during taxi. Unexpectedly, after take-off, they served drinks. Free shuttles were available for several destinations in Bodrum. Return leg on an old looking A332, with dirty seats. However, seat pitch was good enough and cabin crew was very good. Informative announcements were made by the captain on both legs. I would fly them again without a doubt. Very good airline.

Flew Istanbul to Izmir. The flight was on time and the plane was clean. Overall the crew was friendly. Even though the flight was only around 30 min we still got served sandwiches. Considering how cheap the flight was, it was really worth it.

Izmir to Istanbul flight on a nice, clean Airbus A319. Friendly and efficient ground staff as well as onboard staff. Flight took less than one hour but they serve snacks and drinks for free. Arrived on time at IST. Value for money.

Horrible delays and disorganization. The only positive about this airline are flight attendants. The economy class seating is extremely cramped on A320 aircraft and I did not experience their 757 because they swapped it for a SunExpress 737 on my last trip. This airline is extremely affordable and much quicker than train or bus while travelling within Turkey. I still prefer the service on Turkish. Food service is provided on all flights, something that seems to be popular within Turkey. They offer a grilled cheese sandwich or a piece of pound cake.

ECN-IST A321. ECN airport looks disorganized but queue goes quick. Clean aircraft, breakfast pretty good. FAs polite and smiling. Good value for money. Few weeks latter I flew with them back to Cyprus. Flight late due to staff strike at ECN and traffic at IST.

Atlasjet economy from Istanbul to Antalya and back. Clean B757s with American captain on one flight and American first officer on the other. Very organized web site and professional, friendly airport staff and FAs. Both flights on time. Although the flight was only one hour, they had old fashioned service inflight — newspapers offered on boarding, along with a sandwich, cookie and beverage service. And very good fares compared to Turkish Airlines. Flights were full - with good reason.

Ercan-Antalya-Manchester, old Saga Airlines B737-400, atlasJet crew friendly and well presented. Ercan Airport checkin a little disorganised but short queue moved quickly. Excellent customer services from AtlasJet, emails being answered within 3 hours of the question sent!. Antalya touchdown broke the journey up nicely, plus food on both sectors was tasty and plentiful.

Izmir-IST. Ground crew friendly and quick check-in. Plane clean and comfortable. Bit of a delay but time was made up and passengers kept informed. Price good value for money.

Istanbul-Ercan. Their business class with leather seats as opposed to many others offering of two seats in the 3 seater! Service excellent with pleasant welcome of white wine or fruit juice and paper. Meal good when I have travelled.

Istanbul to Antalya. Excellent Value. Staff friendly. For 100.00 cdn. return, they feed you on a one hour flightg. A320, a bit worn looking. Highly recommended.

ADB-IST return to connect to AF flight IST-CDG-YUL. Very good for the money, especially that AF has a loose agreement with Atlasjet for baggage, so given full international allowance. Check in at Izmir was efficient. Plane a CRJ-900, no boarding bridge used, bussed to plane. Flight attendants friendly, and snack given - only 45 minute flight. Disembarkation in IST good, and bags transfered to AF no problem. IST-ADB also good. I was only international passenger aboard, so when boarding bus, Atlasjet staff their with sign with my name. After dropping off passengers at domestic terminal, bus took me to international terminal where they were expecting me. All in all, a very good experience with Atlasjet, good planes, good service, will use them again for ADB-IST.

Ercan - Istanbul (return). This airline is excellent value for money. Planes were new, service was friendly and efficient, meals were basic but fine and it was just so easy to book a very cheap e-ticket through their web site. A good alternative to Turkish Airlines (which can be sometimes excellent and sometimes really bad but usually quite expensive) and definitely better than Cyprus Turkish Airlines.

Following making my booking with this airline and booking a club class seat the airline changed the plane - which resulted in no club class. Seat Pitch uncomfortable with only 30 inches making a very uncomfortable flight. Inflight sandwich from Girne to Istanbul was good, however the inflight meal between Istanbul and Stansted was poor. Staff OK and all were friendly, however drinks sold in Euro's and when offered sterling they took the same in pounds as they would have in Euro's. Had the seat pitch been better, this would have been a fair airline, however the leather seats do not compensate for the restricted leg room for what is in fact a 6 hour flight from London to Girne.

IZMIR-IST. All Y class seats on A320 were comfy leather. The one hour flight was 100% full and great value at around 40 Euro. Drinks (non alc) and sandwiches were served gratis and crew very professional and warm. Bags promptly available on arrival at IST and overall a very good service.
