Travelled with Asian Spirit on the Manila - Caticlan/Boracay route previously, I was not looking forward to this trip, as previously the planes were poorly maintained and old and the service was not very good. This trip, although the planes were not brand new, I was pleased to travel on a jet from Caticlan to Manila. All in all, I would rate this experience good and hopefully Asian Spirit will get their act and aircraft in order, as Cebu Pacific is entering this market with brand new planes and low fares, which I suspect will mean more passengers will choose Cebu Pacific over the older, poorly maintained competitors.
