SYD-ICN-SYD. Check-in at Sydney was smooth enough although there was a long queue. Boarding at a gate lounge which was obviously too small was a bit chaotic - maybe more the airport's fault than the airline's. Boeing 777 with 3-3-3 configuration in economy. My aisle seat was comfortable enough with good leg room and plenty of overhead storage. IFE screen small and not that much to choose from. Cabin crew unfailingly pleasant and polite. Meals (lunch, a snack sandwiches and dinner) all fine. The Korean food is pretty good. Return leg, an overnight flight, was similar, the exception being check in and boarding at Incheon where the facilities are really good and a thousand percent better than Sydney. I was given a pass to the Business Class lounge, I suspect because I am a Gold Frequent Flyer with Qantas and this was a codeshare with Qantas. Overall a very good experience.

Flew twice with Asiana, both flights SYD-FRA stopover ICN, and both times extremely satisfied with service, seats, cleanliness, meals and staff. It's simply the best! And it's not just the crew cabin staff but also the ground staff. After my travel agent forgot to book my accommodation in Seoul, risking to spend my next 18 hours under the stars, the friendly personnel helped me with my accommodation. Thank you! Not only I'll fly Asiana again, but I'll also recommend it to my friends!

LHR-Seoul and then to Hiroshima - back from Narita. Flight on time, plane spacious, cabin crew excellent, food best I have had flying for ages and real cutlery! I hate flying and I was impressed. Seoul airport is amazing. Take advantage of the showers- they were spotless. Cost to Japan was so reasonable for the service. Will use again, perhaps when going to Sydney.

Flew 4 different segments with Asiana. In all flights on 2 different types of aircraft, I enjoyed the comfortable seats, excellent legroom and found that the slightly limited seat incline a very good idea, as it allowed much more comfort during meals and also for getting in and out of your seat. Meals were very good and service excellent, with very attentive cabin staff, I have flown with at least 10 different international airlines in the last 12 years : Asiana is easily the best experience. I will definitely fly with Asiana again.

Business Class SGN-NRT with a connection in ICN. Both flights great, FA's were outstanding. Seats comfortable, 160 degree recline a little tough to sleep but not horrible. New cabins in both aircraft, IFE good with good offerings. Only complaint would be the meal offering on flight ICN-NRT. Was given choice of Korean meal or Western which was beef tenderloin, couldn't finish it because it was really tough and had no flavour. Wine selection was good, dessert offering was pumpkin mousse and was quite tasty. Give it an overall of 9 because of food. Overall great experience.

LHR-ICN-SYD Return. FA's are simply perfect in service/presentation. Food tasty, IFE could have a little more choices, and seats are very comfortable . I think if you are an Economy traveller this is by far best value for money, as service far exceeds price! I would even go as far as to say service is quite close to business class treatment on some airlines.

Flew Asiana from Guangzhou to Seattle via Incheon (RT). Crew was excellent - professional, patient, showed they enjoy their jobs. IFE was okay, although the movie selection was quite old (being an avid moviegoer, the movie selection were movies I have already seen) and for a 9+hour flight, this made my flight a bit monotonous. Bathrooms were clean despite the number of users, they have managed to keep it clean and spotless! The food served was ok although the Korean meal didn't reach me so had to end up having beef steak the whole route and back but the presentation, portions and taste were really to a high standard. I will definitely fly Asiana on my next trip as I am more than happy with their service and performance. Even my relatives from Seattle are also happy with Asiana's performance so I guess these comments reflect their sentiments as well.

While visiting Seoul last month we flew Asiana for a quick flight from Gimpo to JeJu Island. Service from ticket counter agents to FA was superb. My first flight on Asiana and I'm impressed.

LHR to Sydney via Seoul and back (777-200). Meals average, seats good, staff good, AVOD good. Only minor quibble would be that the seats recline too far, but then I suppose that was good for me too. Flight attendants come through the cabin with drink refills too quickly during meals - you have to scull your drink if you want another one (you can always press the button and order a drink anyway, which I did, and they were always happy to help and friendly).

I flew regularly with Asiana from Australia. SYD-ICN B777 is great with IFE. Comfortable seats, superb food, excellent FA and perfect airport at Incheon.
