LAX to SGN via ICN and back. I dont know what they could have done better. They were
attentive and helpful. Onboard cabin staff were cheerful and pleasant. My hotel in Seoul was
great and the process went well.

Customer service is truly comical and a joke. They delayed our flight which caused us to
barely make our connecting flight to Seoul, therefore our luggage did not make the flight. 6
days later after calling over 50 times to get some update on where and when we would receive
our luggage it finally came. They kept promising to call us back but would never call. I asked
if there was a reimbursement of the money we had to spend on clothes and sundry items until
our luggage arrived and still to this day, we still have no response. Their answer - I am not
sure and my manager is on holiday until Friday! The only good thing about this airline is the
business class is spacious and the flight crew was very nice and accommodating. The ground
crew was rude and non-accomodating especially in Seattle WA.

First class, JFK to Guangzhou via Incheon. First class cabin and flight staff is the best
I've experienced. I'm 6ft 2in, and lie flats are completely comfortable. True 180 degree flat.
Duvet set over and under makes sleeping almost hotel quality. Staff constantly attentive and
courteous, not just trained courtesy but genuine concern. Food was excellent, great wine list.
First class lounge in Incheon is nicest I've experienced. My prior business class roundtrip
same route was also quite nice. Great showers both lounges. I can find no fault of any kind
with either experience. Business class seats not true lie flat but quite comfortable and one
can sleep quite well. Cabin staff on that flight was also excellent. A great airline.

LHR-ICN-BUS-ICN-LHR. A good set of flights. New Star Alliance lounge at LHR is better than BMI
lounge, with good food and drink and a quiet atmosphere. B777 non-AVOD as usual. AVOD has more
C seats, so I guess that's why we get the non. Food fine - good choice, although a bit beef
heavy (steak is one choice for dinner and beef kebab for lunch). Slightly late arrival due to
China ATC. No amenity kit as such but earplugs, eye shades handed out. On return (day) flight
we did get the kit. Internal flights good, on time and excellent service. Return to LHR good -
plenty of sleep on the bed, which I never have problems with. Only thing we didn't get was the
Delighters - the make-up service. Still no problem without that!

SFO-ICN-DEL return. Asiana's service was excellent. Our flight from SFO to Seoul ran on time,
and service provided by the well-groomed flight hostesses was extremely helpful. The food was
relatively high quality, and AVOD SFO to ICN had a nice selection. We spent a day in Seoul,
and Asiana covered our stay in a very nice hotel in the middle of the city, which I would
recommend seeing. I wish the ICN-DEL leg had AVOD as well, but the comfortable seats and
spacious cabin made for a good sleep.

SFO-CRK via ICN. Flights on time, meals excellent, onboard service excellent with FA's coming
by with water and juice hourly. On SFO-ICN leg the AVOD kept rebooting every 5 minutes for
about 2/3 of the flight. The other 3 legs of our trip were uneventful. Flew the same plane on
the return trip and had no AVOD issues. 10-1/2 hour ICN layover on return trip, so we paid to
stay at the airport hotel since Asiana wouldn't offer anything more than a meal. Not
complaining about that - just glad we got a room to get some sleep. I'd do it all over again
the same way as the trip was enjoyable and comfortable, and I highly recommend Asiana.

First flight with OZ, on their evening service from Haneda (Tokyo) to Gimpo (Seoul). This is
a great routing and avoids the additional travel time (3 hours) to NRT and from ICN. This
was a great flight. The flight attendants were genuinely engaged in their work - very
friendly and accommodating. Meal selection on this two and half hour flight was excellent,
with both Korean and Western options. AVOD system worked well, and the seats were very
comfortable. On time departure and landing rounded out an extremely enjoyable hop from Tokyo
to Seoul.

BKK to SFO via ICN. Booked after reading so many positive reviews and was not disappointed.
Excellent service and food. Both flights arrived ahead of schedule. Layover at Incheon was
long but very comfortable. Met several other passengers who were flying Asiana for the first
time also and they were as happy as I was. A true 5 star experience.

SYD-ICN-LHR return. Seating and AVOD on all legs were excellent as were the FA's and ground
staff. ICN stopover was not overly traumatic although the Hotel was a long way from the
airport it gave my wife and I a chance to a little bit of Seoul. My only complaint would be
the lounge at LHR which was small and in drastic need of an upgrade.

MNL-ICN. Business Class on a newer A330. Check in agent was really helpful. She even checked
my luggage all the way through Calgary even though I am staying overnight in Seoul. The
inflight manager introduced himself to each passenger. 9 passengers in business class with 4
flight attendants attending. Again, there were plenty of food for a short 4 hour flight. A
perfect flight!

Travelled a couple of times with child, they are excellent specially when you have kids. They
will take extra measures to make sure that you are getting everything you need for your
children. Comfy airplanes, cabin and ground crew both are helpful but gate handling could be
better.

Delhi to Seoul and back by Asiana Airlines in Business class. It was heartening to experience
excellent in-flight efficiency, personal care, good food and courteous crew. What impressed me
most was their looking after finer details for the convenience of the traveller. I am a
frequent traveller but travelling with Asiana was a unique experience.

SEA-BKK and HAN-SEA in economy via ICN. All flights on time with excellent, attentive service,
superior equipment, but food could be improved. I recommend Asiana to all my friends, and
where else would the flights actually be one of the highlights of an overseas trip. Incheon
Airport is outstanding as a transit location - a true gem of an airline and an airport.

LHR-ICN-SYD return. Would recommend the Asiana Airlines to anyone, especially to Sydney. All
flights on time. 3 out of the 4 flights had AVOD (not SYD-ICN) which worked well, although the
choice probably isn't as extensive as some other carriers. FA's polite and very happy to help
on all flights, although there were language barriers a couple of times. Food very tasty,
although some flights were over reliant on beef - Korean food is worth having, but Western
food was very good. Overall, the best long haul flights I've ever had.

LHR to Incheon, to Cebu return. I would agree that they are a first class airline and they
deserve all the plaudits that they are getting. From ground staff to cabin staff we received
the very best of attention - and we were in economy. I would certainly recommend this airline.
