I am a Delta Diamond 2 Million Miler. My home makes it convenient to fly ASA out of Brunswick-GA. The BQK
personnel are some of the best around-the Atlanta ASA personnel are some of the worst. The ASA flights
originating in Atlanta have caused me to miss a good portion of my Delta connections. I am waiting for a flight that
is ATL-BQK that was supposed to depart at 7:20 PM- it has been delayed about every 20 mins and we are now
scheduled for a 9:35 departure. I don't have much hope as the same flight last week departed after 11 PM. ASA
has threatened to pull out of BQK because of reduced ridership. Perhaps the ASA executives they need to look in
the mirror to see where the real problem. I am seriously considering changing my plans to fly out of JAX
consistently and I now fly in and out of BQK 2-3 times per month (that's 6 opportunities ASA has to screw it up
and they don't miss many opportunities).

MCI-ATL on the 09:30 flight as part of an MCI-ATL-LGA trip. Check in was very easy as was security.
Gate agent pleasant. Somewhat cramped aboard the CRJ700 but bearable for the somewhat bumpy 1 hour
30 minute flight. The 2 cabin crew were a little mature but were very helpful and friendly
throughout the flight. Would happily use them again in the future.

Atlantic Southeast Airlines, aka ASA Delta connection, serves many smaller stations in the Southeast
USA with little to no competition. Hence, they offer cramped aircraft with no legroom, virtually
zero inflight service (bottled water available but served hot at room temp), massvie
delays/cancellations and last but not least plenty of lost luggage. Oh, and agents that could really
care less about you. And the best part? They are able to offer their substandard service at
premium prices! It's more economical to drive to Atlanta or Jacksonville airports where there's competition than it
is to fly out of regional airports via ASA.
