Good price but the worst in the industry with delays. I had two flights within one month that were delayed
over 3 hours. In both cases they had no back up airplanes and we had to wait for another flight to complete
its journey and then fly to LA. The route I was taking was from LA to Missoula. On the return from Missoula,
the same thing occurred. It was evening and I was told the flight was delayed. I waited an hour and realized
it was the same treatment I got before, where every 20-30 min they would announce another delay. When I
asked at the desk the lady admitted it would be probably 4 hours while we waited for another plane. I told
them I could not wait that long, so they gave me an email address to write to, implying I could get a refund.
I have made the trip many times since, always Delta. They are reliable and will refund if I have to cancel.

We have flown Allegiant several times, but today is a new low. The new flight from Bozeman to Oakland is
4.5 hours late, with no explanation or compensation. I'm suppose to be at a graduation at 8 in the morning
and at this rate, our estimated arrival is midnight instead of 7.30. I'd like to take this flight as it's direct, but
I will certainly not do this again. By the time you factor in the charge for carry on, it's not worth it.

My family of 5 flew from Fargo to Sanford flying Allegiant for the first time. Was a bit worried with all the bad
reviews but all was perfect. Both flights were on time and even arrived early. It was a very relaxing and
smooth flight and all staff were friendly.

My husband and I flew from Wichita to Las Vegas return. We did not check bags and each had one carry-on
and one personal item. I was concerned that we would not get to sit next to each other because we were in
open seating. However, we arrived at the airport a couple of hours early to check-in each time, and we were
able to sit together with no problem whatsoever. The plane was nothing fancy, but comfortable enough,
landed on time both ways; and flight attendants were friendly. Overall a good experience. You get what you
pay for, so you don't get any frills - everything costs extra. But for us, it was well worth it.

Allegiant Air serves a good purpose of servicing smaller regional airports. But do not pay extra for seat
assignments because they do not honor them. They announce immediately to sit anywhere and your extra fee
"fly's out the window". We will continue to use them but just beware not to spend the extra money.
I realize that all of the airlines need the revenue. I just think that they should be upfront and if needed just
charge more for the ticket. It would probably irritate a lot fewer people.

Louisiana to Vegas return. Flight was smooth, service good, everything on time and we arrived 30 minutes
early on the return. My personal recommendation is to pay for the priority boarding. Overall experience was
pretty pleasant. I would use them again.

Round trip from Plattsburgh to Sandford. Flight from Plattsburgh relatively on time but the plane was old and
dirty. Crew hospitality was ok. The way Allegiant handles boarding is confusing and paying for an assigned
seat pays off. Return flight was terrible: over 3 hours late because they couldn't find a pilot! The plane was
hot and smelly as was the first one.

Third trip with Allegiant, flying out of Bellingham, to Las Vegas. My previous two trips (to Oakland and San
Diego) were fine, but the boarding was chaotic at best. I noticed a vast improvement this time, even with the
open seating. The gate attendant was checking everyone's boarding passes to make sure they weren't trying
to jump the queue (and sent a few back in line). Our 7 am flight left on time. Flight attendants were friendly.
We had not booked a shuttle service in Vegas, but they offered it during the flight, 2 round trip passes for
$14 each. Once we arrived at the shuttle kiosk, we discovered they charge only $12 for a round trip. Don't fall
for the online or inflight offer. Return flight back was not quite as smooth. Departure gate was changed
shortly before boarding, gate attendants had to page quite a few passengers. FA's again were friendly,
service was good. I have never liked the fact that so many passengers bring large bags onboard, the new $35
fee is very unpopular, so maybe there will be less of that in the future.

The new idea of charging customers to carry their own bags onto the airplane reflects a new low in customer
service, even though this airline is actually not much, if any cheaper for me than Delta. Their only plus, if
any, is they are non-stop. The cabin is usually dirty, the seats don't recline, the attendants don't seem to
enjoy their job. I hope they do treat their employees better than their customers. I hope they rethink this
new fee.

BLI-LAS-BLI. I normally stay away from any low cost airline based on reputation and stories. I must admit I
was really surprised by the level of service this airline provided. The check-in and gate agent in BLI could use
a little attitude adjustment but that does not take away the fact that this airline has a valuable product.
MD80/90 aircraft was clean and looked well kept. The seat does not recline but comfortable for me. Flight
attendant was friendly and professional. Food for purchase was reasonable and comparable to any legacy
airline. On the return flight, the captain made the pre-departure announcement where everyone could see
him. I will definitely fly Allegiant again.

Up until now, I have been able rationalize (or avoid) most extra fees knowing that your fares are lower and
that I am saving money overall. However, I am bothered by the fact that they are now charging for carry-on
baggage. The “nickel and dime” approach is getting to me. If you are that desperate to collect an additional
$10-$30 per passenger, why not add it into the base fare? When customers are hit with 3-5 additional fees
adding up to $50 or more - we know what is going on. In the future, I will have to reconsider the total price
of the trip when selecting an airline. Please – try to focus on delivering the best service at the lowest price
as you have done in the past and not so much on nickel and diming the customer.

Had a flight from Niagara US to Sandford Florida. We boarded, then all passengers had to get off and wait
for a mechanic to arrive. Flight was originally planned to leave at 12.20, it was almost 8.30pm before we
could board again and take off.

Drove to Great Falls from Calgary, Alberta to go to Las Vegas. We purchased our seat assignments while
another couple we were traveling with did not. We were happy to have assigned seats, while the other couple
used open seating and were able to sit together. Boarding was efficient and fast (although Priority boarding
is a waste of money) and flight attendants were pleasant and courteous. Although they are a discount airline
and you can see some areas where they scrimp and save - customer service is not compromised.

We were flying from Mesa, AZ to Fargo, ND and experienced a 9 hour delay. I was most upset about the way
it was handled. I didn't learn about the delay until I arrived at the airport. In this day and age of
technology, I would think at the very least I could have received an email or text alerting me of the delay. I
love their direct flights because they are easy and take less time than others with connections. I hope it
never happens again, but if it does, I hope I am notified as soon as it is discovered.

Roundtrip from Niagara Falls, New York to St. Petersburg / Clearwater Florida. Flight took off on time from
both locales. Check-in efficient at both airports. We had selected our seats in advance as we were flying
with younger kids. We checked 1 bag - and at the counter they allowed us to check additional baggage with
no extra cost. The planes were basic and comparable to other American based airlines. For us the cost and
direct flights were key.

Stockton, CA to Las Vegas, NV. Tickets are cheap, staff helpful and snacks and beverages are cheap. My only
complaint was that the aircraft arrived an hour early and the airport decided to board the plane and allow it
to leave early. As I was flying out of a small airport with very short security lines, I didn't feel the need to
arrive very early. I was rushed onto the plane as one of the last passengers even though it was 45 minutes
before scheduled departure. Had I arrived 10 minutes later, I would have missed my flight.

Flew Bellingham to Vegas. Flight down went well. Return to Bellingham wasn't as pleasant. Plane turned back
to Vegas, once on the ground in Vegas we were there for 3 hours with no updates or any info. When we tried
to ask the lady at the gate was just rude. I guess you get what you pay for.

Springfield, MO to Mesa, AZ. Boarding was easy and a bit late, we taxied out and stopped. Announcement
that we are returning to the gate and will return to the boarding area. Very hot afternoon, critical problem
with the aircraft. Iced soda's provided to passengers. Pizza brought in for passengers and eventually told a
back-up aircraft was being flown in from Colorado Springs. No priority boarding once the plane arrived, and
we got into Mesa 6 hours late. Return was on time and had no problems. If you do not have a paid priority
seat you have to arrive at the airport hours ahead of departure in order to get the earliest boarding
assignment for non-priority passengers.

Outbound from Missoula, MT to Los Angeles. Flight delayed 4+ hours and finally arrived in LA at 3am!
Customer service from the gate attendants was rude and unhelpful. The return flight one week later was the
same disaster. Arriving at Los Angeles airport two hours before the flight, I was told the flight was delayed
from 4.50 to 8.50pm. The non-stop aspect of the flight is the only good thing about Allegiant. I will pay more
for the reliable airlines and will no longer try to go the cheaper route.

Roundtrip Greensboro to St Pete. Sign at Allegiant counter at Greensboro airport said the station is staffed 2
hours before the flight departs. Nobody was in sight 2 hours before the 4.05 departure. An announcement
was made on the airport PA system and 3 staff members finally showed up 20 minutes later. Allegiant
apparently forgot to tell them the flight had been rescheduled from 5.30 pm departure to 4.05 pm departure.
From there on out however, everything went smoothly. Cabin crew were great and the crew at St. Pete
Airport are consistently pleasant. Both flights on time.

Springfield, Mo to St Petersburg, FL return. On time each way, in fact a little early. Pleasant, seats fairly
comfortable, cabin crew efficient. $112 for the fare, very reasonable and good value. No problems to speak
of.

Sioux Falls, SD to Phoenix. 19 hour delay. Plane supposed to leave at 7.20, we boarded late and were
removed from the plane and told another was on it's way. The problem was the communication, the other
plane never arrived and the flight crew had worked past their allotted hours. If they had told us right away
that we wouldn't be leaving until the following day, instead of waiting until 2.30 in the morning, we wouldn't
have had a problem.

Sioux Falls to Orlando/Sanford return. We paid an additional $36 per person to have assigned seats. The herd
of anxious passengers hindered us from getting priority boarding and gate agents started open seating
boarding in a hurry to get passengers onboard. Our seats were taken and the stewardess refused to help. We
were separated and refused a refund. On the return, the same process took place but we did get our seats.
with a delay of 4 hours!

Niagara Falls to St. Pete in Florida. I was surprised with the good service and smooth flight. The airplane was
a MD-83, leather seats and even though not a brand new aircraft, I felt safe and it was clean. Since we were
flying with our kid, we were the first to board. I sat on row 18 with plenty of space. The flight was 10
minutes late which I consider normal. On the flight back, we were under weather advisory, the flight was
delayed 45 minutes but the crew was excellent, keeping us informed about the situation. Flight attendants
friendly.
