LIN-FCO-PEK-FCO-LIN in economy. All flights on time. On the intercontinental leg good quality food and new
aircraft's (A330). Also very good choice on PVT and good attitude of cabin crew.

MAD-FCO-MAD. Airbus 320 (former Air One in AZ livery) had seen better days but was clean and leg room
acceptable. Inbound flight on time and return flight 5 arrived minutes early. Drink, including beer and wine
and snack service which is acceptable for a 2 hour flight. Staff ranged from indifferent (inbound) to
moderately friendly (outbound) but overall professional. This airline has improved compared to a few years
ago.

JFK-FCO, VCE-FCO, FCO-JFK. On the first flight, flight attendants were courteous and attentive. A330 was
well taken care of. On the return, the Venice flight was quick and clean. Once we arrived in Rome the process
was easy and fast. On FCO-JFK flight, not only were we fed numerous times, but flight attendants frequently
came around with water and collected trash. Inflight entertainment had a great selection. Overall 3 great
trips on Alitalia.

AMS-FCO return. Both flights on A320 with very good seat pitch. Miniature snack on both flights (could be
more considering the flight is around 2 hours), one drinks round. On the plus side, inflight entertainment
provided through personal screens in each seat - not much choice in terms of TV stations, but nice music
(make sure to bring your own headphones, though). First time I saw those on intra-European flights. Both
times early arrival.

London to Bari via Milan return. First flight a little late due to fog at both Heathrow and Milan, otherwise all
on time. Smart planes, good drinks service and good price.

LIN-FCO-EZE return. LIN-FCO Airbus 320 one-class configuration, very comfortable, personal LCD screen and
earphones (free and disposable), free snack with juice and tea/coffee options for a 50 minutes flight.
FCO-EZE operated with B777-200, nice and comfortable, personal LCD screen (economy configuration 3-3-3).
Snowfall on runway delayed departure 4 hours: crew were nice and present. Both ways were on time and
check-in online available, plenty of food and drinks offered, plus the open free bar on the back galley. IFE
offers a lot of choice. Crew a little bit informal but very nice and attentive.

AMS to FLR. Flying time was 1hr 40mins. Only once drink service. It was not enough. Cabin was not that
clean. Cabin crew were friendly. The flight was delayed around 30mins. On time performance should be
improved.

YYZ to FCO - older 767, but food was rather good, FA's were cordial and efficient. Inflight entertainment was
adequate but not great. One drawback was with check-in as it was a Delta codeshare, had to get boarding
passes issued after customs in Toronto at the ticket counter (we originated in MSP). Why is it so hard to
streamline immigration/customs between US/Canada vs. all of Europe?

FCO-BOS return. Both legs on time, food okay, we asked for a vegetarian meal and it was delivered. Crew
nice, and trays with snacks and drinks available during flight.

MXP-FCO. No food, only a few drinks available. Connecting flight FCO-YYZ. The plane a bit run down, you
could clearly see the age of the plane. But seating was comfortable and staff friendly. Food (choice of pasta
or chicken, dessert (mousse), bun with salami and cheese) was enough. The air-conditioning blew ice-cold air
to my feet. The entertainment system consists of 4 overhead displays per row but in the right aisle 2 of the 4
stayed dark.

YYZ-FCO. B767. The plane run a bit down, seat was sagging and no space for the elbow. Seat 36A but flight
quite empty so I could change to another seat. In the other seat the plugs for the earphones had a loose
contact and were unusable. Entertainment system was 4 screens per aisle. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Food (choice of Chicken with ravioli or Fish, Salad, dessert, bun with salami and cheese) was enough and
good. Breakfast was Cheese-and-Ham-Toast and a Croissant. Connecting flight FCO-VIE: Staff very friendly,
catering as usual (crackers with a choice of drinks), seat pitch narrow like with a no-frills carrier.

The short domestic flights between Milan and Rome were flawless. Both flights were on-time, the seats were
comfortable, crew attentive and nice. The flights between Rome and Osaka left on-time and arrived early.
The service was reasonable, yet the IFE did not work on the return flight and 12 hours without entertainment
are very boring. I would fly again with them on a short-haul flight whereas, on a long-haul. only if I could find
again a discounted fare.
