FLR-FCO-JFK-FCO-FLR I flew on the Boeing 777 (with the new seat reconfiguration) and the Airbus A319. All
flights left the gate on time (FLR-FCO flight took off 5 minutes earlier!) just the JFK-FCO took off with a delay
of 15 minutes. I liked the service, it had been improved compared to few years ago. On the 777 we had
dinner and breakfast - both good. AVOD had plenty to choose from. Seats were comfortable and big enough
to stretch my legs. On the A319 we had the typical airline snack. Seats were acceptable, but the space for
legs is limited.

FCO-JFK, FCO-BOS, FCO-ORD. All flights on well maintained A330, the service was good, two meals, snacks
and drinks whenever we wanted, comfortable seating, good onboard entertainment and cabin crew who were
very professional and friendly. All flights on time.

Boston to Rome to Naples return. The plan was filthy and the seats threadbare. Staff were rude and
unaccommodating. The bathrooms were deplorable - one out of service both there and back, causing long
lines.

I fly Alitalia almost every week, mainly for national flights, on the TRS-LIN and LIN-FCO routes. I admit the
service has been improving a lot if compared to the old Alitalia: no delays, nice service, pleasant flights. Still,
sometimes I end up dealing with rude flight attendants. Have recently flown on quite many brand new
aircraft's, which is nice.

professional and helpful, the food was excellent.

BRU-FCO return. Good flights. Both departed on time and arrived ahead of schedule. Very smart and clean
cabin interior with enough leg space. A drink round including wine with crackers and a little perfumed towel is
offered which is a nice detail. Staff could be friendlier and service is professional enough. Looking forward to
fly with them to Sardinia in September.

MXP-NRT return. Great flights, both on time, crew friendly and helpful. B777 clean and well maintained, both
flights in the new Premium Economy class with good legroom and very good service. A good solution between
Economy and Business. Overall a very good experience and a substantial improvement compared to the old
Alitalia.

FLR-ROM-IST return. Flight 1 diverted to Pisa, no-one available to discuss rebooking or refunds. Advised to
see the ticket desk who could not authorize anything. Options were to get on a bus to Pisa or lose the
ticket. Eventual arrival in Rome herded off to the Airport Palace Hotel. No-one at FCO could confirm anyone
had confirmed tickets for the next day, we were just advised to return to the airport. Eventually left
following day, with a delay - took Alitalia nearly an hour to bus/board an A320. Return flight heavily delayed,
onboard crew advised that 18 pax were connecting to Florence so our flight was held. Arrived in FCO, greeted
by Alitalia staff for the Florence flight to find the flight had left without us. No food or refreshment provided.
Things go wrong, but the lack of communication from Alitalia makes this a dreadful option. This is not the
first time I have experienced the Alitalia bus from Rome to Florence.

level of customer service. Cabin crew were pleasant.

MXP-JFK-MXP on a new A330. The design is very relaxing and the general comfort probably one of the best I
experienced in business class. Full flat leather seat with an individual 15.4-inch screen and a wide choice of
movies and games. I liked the landscape camera. Crew very attentive and the food quality very good with an
extensive menu. Great choice of drinks. Both flights on time.

We flew JFK-Rome-Naples. Plane from JFK was quite new, great food and service, bulkhead seats, no extra
charge. Both flights on time. Nice staff, very clean, easy to make the connection.

Geneva-Rome-Geneva. Flight out was fine but plane a little old and worn. Coming back the desk informed me
I was flying on with an Alitalia Alliance airline. Was bussed to the end of the runway to a small propeller
aircraft from Darwin airlines! All larger hand luggage had to be loaded into the hold. Rubbish in seat back
pocket, something spilt on the carpet, extremely noisy cabin. No baby nappy changing facilities, so a baby
was changed in the seats beside me. Everyone had to wait on board for hand luggage, the delay caused me
to miss my train. Snacks and cabin staff ok. No inflight entertainment.
