Brussels to Alicante and back. Very polite cabin crew, new A320 and crew took safety very
serious. Smiling and offered a snack on behalf of the tour operator Neckermann. Air Via could
be proud for their cabin crew (they spoke English and German).

Munich-Bourgas. Both flights left and arrived on time. Crew was polite, but rarely smiled. the
airplane was an ex Aero Flight Airbus A320 with 180 seats in economy and felt a bit cramped. We got
one free drink together with the menu, which consisted of a peace of bread, cheese and ham. If you
wanted to have some extra drinks you had to pay 2 euros for non alcoholic drinks and 3 euros for
alcoholic drinks.
