LIN-FCO-BDS. First flight a new A320,second one an old B737-400. The service was not special - I
expected more by a private airline who competes against Alitalia. Seats were comfortable,33-34 pitch
on both aircrafts. Connection in Rome a breath. Overall a 4 star experience.

Naples to Paris via Turin. Check in was easy enough except they couldn't issue a boarding pass for
Turin to Paris. Got away with baggage being 2kgs overweight which was good. Seems their seat
allocation system does not work too well as another passenger was also allocated in the same seat, I
got there first so I kept it and she was reseated elsewhere. Arrived into Turin slightly late, I
then had to go into the terminal to collect my boarding pass for the next flight which had already
closed, then I had to clear security which was crazy and got to the gate at the last minute then
onto a bus to the same plane I had just disembarked from. Service onboard both flights was
identical, a small pack of biscotti and a drink, at least the biscotti was different flavours.
Arrived into Paris pretty much on time however after waiting for baggage collection and still no bag
the display changed to delivery complete, where was my bag. Two ladies waiting nearby were also in
the same boat and off the same flight so we headed to baggage enquiries. I eventually got my bag
back the following evening, it appears it was offloaded in Turin. If I fly with Air One again it
won't be on a connecting flight, I think they need to improve their ground services.

FCO-LCY-LIN-FCO. Routing was originally FCO-LCY-FCO, but return leg was cancelled, and routing via
Milan was advised by email in good time. Rome-London and London-Milan operated by Transwede with Avro
RJ70 - planes clean and well-maintained; information from flight deck adequate, but given in English
with a heavy accent. Pre-assigned seating; FA's did their job, but no more - complementary food was a
sandwich and coffee. All-in-all, a reasonable product for a regional airline. However, Milan-Rome an
internal flight, with free seating, which turned into a free-for-all which delayed departure:
aircraft an older 737, but in reasonable condition; FA's off-hand and mechanical. Internal flights
therefore no different from any other full-fare carrier in Europe.

London City to Rome Fco Economy class. The price was very low, the flight on time and the crew quite
pleasant - but the plane was awfully old. Service was a frozen roll with vegetables and drinks - not
much worse than other short haul carriers.

Zurich-Catania. Friendly cabin crew offering sandwiches and soft drinks.
Landing, immigration and aircraft-change in Naples - sealed duty free
bags with perfumes and drinks are confiscated at Naples airport. No info
at Zurich check-in about this procedure and no info from duty free-shop!
seems that they just want to sell!

Return trip Catania-Rome . Outbound on a 737-400 and return on a
737-300. Both had good comfortable leather seats but more spacious on
the 737-400. Both were very clean inside, they seemed to be well
maintained and the exterior was cleaned. Service friendly on board,
before take off a towel was given to all passengers. Free drink &
snack service. The boarding magazine was only in Italian and it was not
in every seats. Crews friendly and efficient. Check in was in both
airports very fast, with friendly and efficient ground attendant.

LCY-LIN-LCY. Return flight diverted to Southend because of runway
closure at LCY except I was not told this until the doors closed and so
could not re-arrange my pick up. This route is apparently operated by
Transwede and AirOne will not recognise/credit your Star Alliance
frequent flyer membership. Why? Economy class service is pleasant but
you cannot even buy a glass of wine which again seemed strange.

TRN-FCO. Part of a Star Alliance round the world ticket. We had to be
bussed to the plane at Turin, which was OK but for the fact they left us
in the cold for quite a while. Plane was a 737-400 which seemed to be
well maintained and cleaned. Service friendly on board, although the
English of the flight crew was quite incomprehensible. This is a minor
issue however, and the flight was smooth and uneventful, not to mention
the great views flying along the Italian coast to Rome!

Roma FCO to Milan LIN. Boeing 737/400 EI-CWE, likely ex Air Europa since
there was some writing in Spanish. New leather seats interior with good
legroom. Boarding in FCO from gate A05 (finger in pier A) and bus to
terminal in LIN. Quite full. PA in English difficult to understand. Free
drink & snack service including Prosecco wine. Before take off a towel
was given to all passengers. The boarding magazine was only in Italian.
Nice FA.

Naples to Milan. The service was good and the 737-400 cabin interior was
clean and leather with an extra inch of legroom which I appreciated as
I'm 6'3".

Couldn't complain about the in flight service Rome to Milan - worth the
ticket money just for the awesome view of the coast. But they lost my
skis and only got them to me on the last day of my trip. I expected
better on a 1 hour internal flight!

Return trip Milan-Rome. Outbound on a 737-300 and return on a 737-400
(an ex Dan-Air and BA aircraft). Both had good comfy leather seats, were
clean inside, but the exteriors were dirty. Both flights were about 2/3
full. Crews generally friendly and efficiently provided the usual drinks
and biscuits service seen on Italian domestic flights. As the outbound
journey was in the evening, free champagne was also available.
Check-in at both ends efficient and friendly. Overall a good value
service.

Earlier this month had the pleasure of flying Air One (AP) I had my misgivings, but soon realized
they were unfounded.
FCO/CTA in a B 733, nice blue leather seats, a very good looking bunch of F/A both male and
female. Coffee and biscuits served, (or Coke or mineral water if you so desired.
CTA/FCO in a B732, it was indeed a pleasure to re-aquaint myself with an old 200
(hush-kitted). Same
nice blue leather seats. Ground staff were great, polite, and had a very good command of English
