YYZ-DEL-CCU in business class. Clean plane, working seats with recline for sleeping (not flat bed),
reasonable Indian food service and hospitable staff. Slept for 7 hrs and enjoyed the flight, especially the
early arrival in DEL. Fair selection of video, considering almost all of their passengers onboard are Indian.
Air India staff supported my transit in DEL in an efficient manner and customs was provided on arrival in CCU.

Delhi to Varanasi return. A321, superb flight. On time, spacious seating, efficient FA's, delicious meal. Given
that the plane was full, and just 3 FA's serving I was impressed. Great experience overall.

ORD-FRA-BOM-MAA return. ORD-BOM sector on Boeing 777-300ER, The aircraft was clean, the seat backs
almost had no cushioning. The food was good, the cabin crew were friendly, though they rarely smiled. The
AVOD was a joke, too many freeze ups. The 2 hour layover in FRA was almost necessary, for stretching and
walking around a little bit. BOM-ORD was about the same, the only difference being, the cabin crew were
smiling a little more. BOM-MAA was a red-eye, on an Airbus 319, but they still served a light dinner, which
was nice, after a 3 hour layover in BOM. Ground staff in BOM and MAA were courteous despite the time of
night at 1 am and 3 am respectively. The return MAA-BOM was an evening flight and the food was slightly
better, as it was a full dinner, but had to circle over BOM for an hour, following a runway intrusion. Overall,
not bad, but I was left with the impression that everybody, did just the minimum and did not want to go the
extra mile.

GOA to BOM. On time departure and arrival, clean aircraft with a light snack served during 50 mins flight.
IFE was good . Great legroom on A321 and checked bags on the
carousel by the time we reached the terminal gate.

YYZ-DEL, PNQ-DEL-YYZ in Business. Business class on B777-300ER was excellent. Food and service were good although
mainly Indian food choices. IFE has little selection of English movies. Business class seats are good - not great -
although I slept well. They don't quite go full flat. All J passengers are given a nice pillow and duvet. Lounge in
Delhi is hard to find but good and new. PNQ (Pune) to DEL another story even though in business class. Plane was
dirty - no attempt to clean the previous passengers refuse was made. Flight time YYZ-DEL much better than
connections through Europe. Arrive at 4pm rather than midnight, so much easier to adjust.

PVG-BOM (via DEL) BOM-EWR. Flight from PVG to BOM was absolutely empty, even though it was in a 777-300.
Had a row to myself. Plane a little old/worn looking. Flight attendants insisted on meals (although they had a good
selection of food and drink) even though it was a 10 pm flight. Had to wait 2 hrs on the plane in DEL while they
cleaned up. Unfortunately got to BOM at 5 am. BOM to EWR was packed. Another 777-300 fairly worn. Was
delayed for an hour because one family with small children needed to switch seats and everyone was being
uncooperative. Flight attendants were pretty attentive, good meals, left snacks out when they weren't serving.
AVOD had few America movies. Check-in was slow and inefficient and BOM terminal was less than impressive.
Overall would avoid Air India if I could, but it was not an unpleasant experience.

LHR to TRV via DEL. The flight took off at 21.30 but by 1.00 we had still not been served, even water. There were
little to no options with the food. Flight attendants were not attentive and never answered when called, we had to
go searching for them for basic needs like water while they sat and chatted away.

IDEL to COK. The flight was superb, the aircraft an Airbus A319 (VT-SCI) was clean, the air hostesses were warm
and showed great professionalism and courtesy. The service was great. The IFE consisted of even a Malayalam
movie (regional language at COK) which for a domestic flight is surprising.

Toronto-Delhi non-stop. Poor timing of inflight meal service. Left at 345pm, we were given snacks and dinner by
5pm, instead of spreading them out. Dinner at 7pm would have been ideal. One positive point, flight got to Delhi
one full hour ahead of schedule. Coming back was a disaster, Air India ground crew mis-allocated the seats for
almost every single passenger. Took the flight crew 2.5 hrs to sort out the mess. In fact I was suspicious with our
own seat arrangements, when I asked the check-in staff, he said they should be fine. I wanted to check after
check-in but before the boarding gate, there was no Air India Help Desk in between at a big airport like Delhi. I like
the timing of these flights as opposed to getting into India in the middle of the night and getting back to Toronto in
the afternoon rush hour.

EWR-BOM-BLR round trip. Both outbound and inbound flights were full. Flight attendants disappeared after the first
meal only to reappear 5 hrs later. The AVOD is pathetic, to say the least. The screen did not work on both flights
and I needed to ask 4 times to 3 different flight attendants to turn on the re-program button. The AVOD finally
worked when we had 3 more hours out of the entire 15.5 hrs to touchdown. Food was average, limited soft and
alcoholic drinks selection. Seats were old and looked like they needed a thorough cleaning.

Delhi to Dubai. I was traveling with my wife, 1 infant and 1 child and despite confirming the bassinet seat twice
over the phone, we got a seat which could not take the infant. On boarding we found our seats were in the middle
of the aircraft. A/C was not working, the crew advised that the it will only work once the aircraft is on the runway.
There was no seat belt extension for infant, the attendant advised that we hold the baby tightly during take off and
landing. The children's meal was missing along with no baby food for infant and no juice. These conditions were
not acceptable.

Toronto to Delhi return. It was a good experience leaving from Toronto and going to Delhi. I was impressed with
the service and promptness outbound. However, disappointment hit on the return starting from incorrect
assignment of gates, to delays leaving Delhi to poor service inflight.

YYZ to DEL, Economy. Aircraft, interior design, interactive entertainment system all were good and in working
order. Flight attendants were rude despite some demanding passengers. Food was good but only Indian which
was ok for me. DEL to MAA had some technical troubles to check-in my luggage. MAA flight was delayed by 45
mins and crew were apologetic.

JFK-DEL return in Economy class. Check-in was quick and the boarding process at JFK and DEL were quite orderly
with multiple agents attending to passengers. I had done the on-line confirmation 24 hrs beforehand and got my
choice of seats on both flights. The planes were relatively new B777's and were clean and well-maintained both
times. The flights took off slightly late but landed on schedule. The seat pitch was comfortable and there was
enough leg room. Three meals were served with vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. FA's were not artificially
friendly but seemed genuinely polite and helpful. The bathrooms remained clean for the duration of the flights.
I found the overall product on this route to be very good in terms of comfort, convenience, and value.

London to Trivandrum via Mumbai. Flight attendants were hardly seen during the flight. The quality of the snack
(sandwich) was below standards and food quantity was limited. Toilets were unclean. Elderly and parents with kids
were not attended to. It looked like they operated a help yourself policy by just leaving water and juices for us
to serve. FA's were more content to sit and chat between themselves rather than aiding passengers. The domestic transfer
(7hrs transit) was another pain as we had to go through customs at Mumbai, was transferred to the domestic airport which
had no restaurants or resting places and no temporary accommodation was offered.

MAA-DXB flight. Flight left and arrived on schedule. Onboard the Dinner menu was typical South Indian food, it was
tasty. Inflight entertainment system has fixed movies and music and no option/choice. Flight attendants were
listening and responding to passenger needs, blankets were always in short supply. While the flight did not get an
aerobridge gate for landing in Terminal 1, this is compensated by the comfortable bus ride which took us directly
near the immigration gate. Overall, a very good service for the price I paid.

Delhi to London. Flight was late and missed my onward connection to Chicago. Plane was neat, clean with good
leg space and wide seats. Food was good, FA's courteous and different option offered to my son for breakfast.
FA's need to be more friendly and cheerful towards passengers.

Mumbai-Raipur-Bhubneshwar. Flight was good, crew polite and up to standard. Aircraft in good condition. The only
thing that was not present was the Nose Camera. Good food and I would fly again.

Economy LHR-DEL return. Service was very good on both legs, crews were friendly and approachable.
Stewardesses continually checking on passengers offering drinks and snacks. Food was very good quality and
offered veg and non-veg options without any prompting. Entertainment system is adequate but could do with
more choice. The 777-200/300 versions are modern and I'll use them again.

New York-London-Mumbai. Cabin crew had no control over passengers during landing, many were allowed to get
cabin baggage down from over head lockers when seat belt signs were on. Avoid sitting near the toilets, I did and
passengers seemed to jabber louder than the engine noise. Delhi to Bangkok much improved, better behaved
passengers and a more professional cabin crew.
