JFK-MAD-PMI 4 hour delay, luggage lost. PMI-MAD-JFK 11 hour delay. There is never any air
Europa staff at the airports, and hence no customer service. For the 4 hour delay at JFK, a
gate agent did not show up until 1 hour after the flight's original scheduled departure. When
they lost our luggage, Air Europa was unable to tell us if it had even left JFK - they had no
tracking system, unlike other airlines. With the 11 hour delay they offered no assistance to
rebook us. We also tried to upgrade to business class (there were empty seats), but they said
it was impossible because the "flight was closed". This was truly the worst travel experience
of my life.

We used Air Europa as part of a package deal, flight left Dublin on time and arrived into
Palma airport 10 mins ahead of time and same on return flight. I travelled with my wife and 4
kids and we had row 1 all across aircraft. With 2 of the 4 children under 3 the cabin crew
were excellent, were friendly and are a true credit to the airline.

A pleasant experience LGW to MAD and return in economy with a low cost airline that offers
pre-allocated seating; thus avoiding the stressful scrum that characterises the likes of
easyJet and Ryanair. The outbound flight was on a new Embraer 195 with 2x2 seating. Legroom
was okay. Return was on a 737-800. On the return I purchased a sandwich and drink, but it was
basic. I would recommend purchasing food at the airport before boarding as you will get a
better selection (especially at Gatwick). Flights left on time.

Barcelona-Tenerife-Barcelona. Air Europa should be advertised as a low cost airline because
that is what it is. Outbound and return flights were delayed, inflight service was poor, and
legroom non-existent. Will only fly Air Europa again if I absolutely have to.

MAD-Barcelona return economy. Aircraft modern with comfortable seats and adequate legroom for
tall person. Nothing was free but we were only in the air about 50 minutes and there seemed to
be few takers for the buy on board service - what I saw on the menu looked reasonably priced
however. Flight attendants were professional. Both flights on time. Only gripe is that their
website is a bit amateurish (for example, you canīt look up flight information or schedules
(only book tickets) and arrival times are not printed on their e-tickets. I recommend them for
short haul flights in Spain.

Business class Palma to Paris in February with my wife and two young children. Flight
excellent, cabin crew pleasant and very helpful, food and drink good. Return flight to Palma
via Madrid equally good. I would recommend Air Europa for value for money.

MAD-IBZ-BCN. This airline is as good as it gets for domestic travel within Spain, good enough for
the short hops to and from Ibiza. Flight on time but seating cramped with no inflight catering and
minimal incomprehensible in-flight information. I was connecting to and from KLM on a NorthWest
ticket and it is disappointing that on-line check in is not available.

Paris-Malaga return. On the outward leg a member of cabin crew saw that I had insufficient room and
gave seats at the emergency exit where I could stretch out. Minor irritation that food and drink
are not free despite holding an Air France ticket. On the return trip we could not book in online -
Air Europa doesn't accept AF booking codes and Air France excludes Malaga from on-line book-in.
Again were given seats at the exit. Comfortable leather seats, but since they have folding
screens, why not display in-flight route information? Punctual on both flights.

MAD-ORY Economy Class. I had an Air France ticket for a flight operated by Air Europa. To my
surprise I couldn't use Air Europa self check-in because the ticket was issued by Air France and I
had to queue for check-in counters. It took me 30 minutes. At gate, staff announced the boarding and
a several amount of rules and priorities for boarding that either in Spanish and in English were
announced so fast that were incomprehensible, so no one respected. If you announce boarding rules
and you don't control it there is no sense to have them. Plane was quite new and seats were
comfortable. There was no free catering (paid service). IFE was ok and crew friendly.

Bad experience with web reservation. They charged credit card but sent email saying the reservation
had not been made. Further calls to 5 different numbers confirmed that it was an internal airline
error; they asked that we call their "incidents" line, but this number says there are no agents
available and make you wait indefinitely (and this is a charge call). Emails asking for reservation
confirmation have been ignored for three days, even though we attached the original printed
confirmation from the website. Passenger travels tomorrow to make an international connection and
is very nervous about this lack of service.

BOD-CDG-Malaga. I agree with earlier comments about this being an Air France partner. It
shouldn't be. When I book with Air France, I expect a certain standard of service on board. This
is not a "low cost" airline, yet every drink and sandwich has to be paid for. No newspapers or
magazines, I didn't expect in-flight entertainment anyway on such a short flight so no complaints
about that.

MA -IBZ return in economy. Departure from the Terminal 2 in Madrid is stressful with last minute
gate changes, uncertain departure times and unexplained delays. Airport staff tired and with so much
attitude, I have no idea why. Plane oldish 737 with very cramped seating but this is only a short
flight so not to big of a deal. I was connecting on to a KLM flight on the return and had booked the
flight through Northwest, when I checked in in Ibiza they could allocate me only the seat that had
been given to me by the system, which I thought was funny. Online check-in (which is the best
invention ever) never works on this airline and the lines at Ibiza airport were just outrageous.
Don't buy their white wine, it is just hideous! Their Cava is the same price and much better.

Madrid - Malaga. I have no complaints for this airline. The flight was on time, cabin crew very
friendly (although only to those who spoke Spanish) and the plane with comfortable leather seats.
For the price paid, ticket was excellent value for money.

Palma to Madrid economy. Online check-in hopeless - no facility to select seats. Boarding chaotic.
Gate staff more interested in chatting than boarding passengers. Boarded ontime but flight departed
30 mins late without explanation or apology. Airbus 330 in excellent condition but seating very
cramped. Arrival at Madrid a shambles! Took nearly 30 minutes to disembark. Then bussed to other
side of the airport to wait another 30 minutes for baggage. Altogether a very disappointing
experience.

Malaga to Paris CDG in economy. As Gold Member of Flying Blue, I have to use regularly this route.
Unfortunately, when I book my flights with air France, I end up flying with Air Europa, partner of
Sky Team, where service and standard of comfort are far below Air France. Seat pitch among the
smallest I have ever seen. Crew is efficient though. You get the kind of service you would expect on
a low cost airline. But if I buy my ticket on Air France, I don't want to fly with a low cost
airline instead. Considering seriously on dropping Air France and their partners.
