MAN-CDG-DXB return. Excellent service, long haul section was on a B773 - good aircraft, good
IFE, good food and drinks. The only downside was the transfer at CDG which was a bit chaotic.

SFO-CDG-CPH. SFO to CDG was on an old 747-400, seats won't fit you if you are above 180cm.
Even though this was a night flight, a large group of French teenagers kept running up and
down the aisles, making sleep in the aisle seats impossible. The in-flight meals were
deplorable. The crew was however quite pleasant. CDG-CPH was delayed for more than hour due to
overbooking and some bizarre splitting up of families and unloading of luggage. Again, the in-
flight meal was below standard. Plusses for a friendly crew and plentiful servings of
beverages even on this short flight.

Air France is a very good airline though I despise Charles de Gaulle Airport. All members of
staff were polite and friendly. The only annoying thing about the airline was the difficulty I
had with checking on-line. I probably spent more time trying to check-in online than I did on
the plane from Aberdeen to CDG. All my flights arrived on time and the in-flight entertainment was very good.

CDG-CPH C class. Check-in at terminal 2D was terrible, just one attendant for business class
passengers. I stayed in line for more than 20 minutes. Lounge was good. Seats were European
style. Service didn't exist, lunch horrible even for coach class a small sandwich with
tomato. FA's allowed every Y class customer to use C toilet.

CDG-JFK. Check-in process and security relatively quick, and we took the shuttle to the new
S3. It's nice and spacious, but there are no places to get some food, just some overpriced
boutiques. Flight delayed for 45 minutes due to technical problems, boarding started an hour
behind schedule. A340-300 very old and worn out. The seats were very uncomfortable, PTV was
also old and hard to use. After takeoff, food service with only one choice. Food was awful,
and the flight attendants were not seen for the rest of the flight. They seemed rushed and
rude. Overall an awful experience, never flying with Air France again.

WAW-CDG-EZE in A319 and B777-200. First problem with booking seats online, all good seats
taken before 30hrs pre-departure, luckily found one of the last aisle seats. Then a problem at
the airport, Air France allows 2 bags of 23kg but I had one bag of 24KG so had to leave stuff
behind although I was 22KG under the overall limit! WAW-CDG flight more than half empty, no
delays, comfortable, friendly cabin service, ok food. Connection at CDG a bit bothersome as
plane arrived at different terminal than should have so a long walk was needed to change
terminals. CDG-EZE Buenos Aires in B777-200 with 100% load factor. Plane looked very battered
and dirty from the outside, looked like it survived its fair share of storms. Leg room a bit
cramped, IFE good for European Standards, food okay, cabin service satisfactory quickly
distributed food, "Snacks Bar" a joke nothing apart from drinks available and one big pile of
garbage. Flight landed ahead of schedule despite avoiding turbulent areas and baggage arrived
in one piece. Overall not bad, but Air France should try harder to retain its 4 Star rating.

Montreal-Athens. Food was good, flight attendants friendly. Good selection of movies, music,
games for kids etc. CDG airport no problem, signs were there, ground crew helpful and
friendly. I would fly with them again.

CDG-JFK economy with Air France. A new 777-300ER. I haven't had any particular problems, and I
thought the crew was polite. The food was good but not excellent, but seats are very
comfortable. I thought the entertainment on board was great. The return flight to Paris was on
a A330-200, quieter, and a bit more comfortable than the 777-300ER. Very pleasant flight, and
very nice crew! Overall, I paid less than 400 $ for a round trip to NYC with Air France, which
is a very attractive fare for such a demanded destination.

CDG-CFE-CDG, Embraer ERJ-145. Legroom was generous (in exit seat), flight attendant very
lovely, flights on time, nice service at the airport. Even though the confirm of the
reservation said that they don't serve meals or even snacks on flight, AF surprised us with
delicious cookie, coffee and beverages free of charge. Only thing that deserves my complaints
is slow service at CFE airport and tickets were relatively expensive.

I flew economy from Mumbai to Dublin via Paris, return by Business Class. The economy service
was efficient and friendly, food was not up to much. On return by Business Class, we got
delayed at Dublin for an hour and a half due to a baggage problem which meant I landed in
Paris just ten minutes before my connection was due to leave. I was met off the plane in
Terminal 2E, a remote stand, and driven to Terminal 2C. Even my checked luggage made it onto
the flight. Business Class on Air France is comfortable, seats are not lie flat, but they are
wide and there was plenty of legroom. The food and wine list was excellent. The entertainment
system had plenty to suit all tastes.

Generally good with delays due to late passenger's luggage taken off the flight. Late for
connection, had to sprint for 10 minutes, no help from ground staff, but great for keeping in
shape! Connection time too short. Baggage late and delivered without problems at the south end
of the Check republic the following day. Courtesy package intended for men only. Needs female
input! Return to Dorval is a problem that has not been fixed in many years by airport
authorities: no ground staff at bus stop to tell you where and when to get your bus for Ottawa
(part of ticket). AF Staff arrived after 30 minutes, bus was late, after clients had been left
to wander around and try to help each other. Electronic board for bus departures would be a great asset.

Paris Orly-Nice La Navette. Easy and fast check in at the airport and then to the patio
(lounge for domestic frequent flyers) well stocked drinks and newspapers. Easy boarding and on
time departure. Smooth flight with a drink service and smiling flight attendants. Arrival
ahead of schedule and attendants at the door to take me and other passengers to the connecting
flight to Aaccio.

I have flown Air France for 3 years while living in Paris and am now convinced they are the
worst airline in the world for on time flights, customer service, and lost baggage. They do
have a little higher quality food served versus other airlines but this is the only positive.
Out of 30 or so flights on AF, over 25 have been late taking off / arriving. Only 1 or 2 of
these late flights related to weather - rest were do to internal AF issues (late arriving
plane, etc). The last two flights they have lost my luggage (and they were short direct
flights within Europe). I would recommend to avoid AF if at all possible.

My wife and I flew Air France from LAX to Paris and return, and within Europe. The service
was excellent, attendants responsive and proactive, and food was good - compared with United
Airlines and Lufthansa. The seats were cramped with the least legroom I've experienced on any
airline I have flown. We got a great bargain on a complicated itinerary.
