Kiev to JFK flight delayed - via a series of delays announced every 3 to 4 hours - from 1:35 pm until 6:30 the
next morning. Passengers forced to stay overnight at the terminal, Aerosvit treats it customers like sheep.

Round trip LGW-KBP-ODS. All flights on time. Chaos at Odessa airport, but that's not down to the airline.
Planes a bit scruffy on way out, brand new 737-800 on way back. Food average, but for £250, what could I
expect.

Flew Baku-Kiev-Baku. Everything ok, except for appalling breakfast served on flight from Baku: vacuum-
packed sliced beef with 2 dry white rolls. Most passengers did not bother to open up the meat. For a 3 hour
flight, this is the worst meal I have ever been served.

Kiev - Dubai. Flight was nice and staff friendly. The leg space is good for tall passengers. For short flights, it
is just enough. The meal served was decent on both flights, but better on the return flight - you had 3 meals
in between times. Airbus plane was quite new and we were offered inflight entertainment. This company
offers great value for the money, and has changed throughout the years.

Supposed to fly on 16th of May at 12.20pm from Gatwick to Tbilisi through Kiev - flight delayed 25 hours. We
managed to start our flight from Gatwick to Kiev at 7am on the 17th. No information regarding why there was
such a huge delay. No contact with Aerosvit, no representative available during the day or night, no
telephone contact given. They kept us in the airport all this time, no offer of a hotel, not even a proper meal
- just couple of refreshment vouchers. Gatwick help desk refused to give us our luggage back. Arrived in Kiev
at 10am, they did not manage to send us to Tbilisi before 20.40pm so another 11 hours waiting.

Flew from JFK-KBP. Check-in was pretty good, no delays. Aerosvit has changed most of its service, the food
onboard better than before. Flight attendants were nice and spoke good English. You get what you pay for.
Airport was very nice and clean.

Probably the worst trip I've ever taken on a scheduled airline. 25+ year old, shabby B767 aircraft with broken
seats, no entertainment system, and indifferent inflight service. 17-inch seats in economy. No alcohol served
- free or for purchase - and impossible to check in online for the JFK-Kyiv flight. The airline's website is
inscrutable in places - no native English speaker has checked it. Overall, I think 2 star rating is very
generous. Aerosvit, sadly, reflects poorly on Ukraine.

I have been flying to the Ukraine by Delta from NY. Aerosvit has taken over that flight. The last 2 flights
have not provided any means of entertainment. The service was excellent in business class, but nothing to
do on a 10 hour flight! The next time I fly to Ukraine, it will be on another airline that can keep me
entertained. For $3000 round trip, at least provide a movie. Staff was great though. You have a lot of work to
do to keep up with the rest of the world.

I travelled business from Bangkok to Kiev recently. No inflight entertainment, neither has there been on the
several occasions I have had the misfortune to have used the service in recent months. The food was
horrendous and not in any way up to international standards. My pull-out table was slightly buckled so when
the steward placed my drink upon it, it immediately tipped over. The overall standard of Aerosvit leaves a lot
to be desired.

I have flown Aerosvit twice en route to Chernobyl. Don't expect a smooth boarding queue. In Kiev, plan to
deplane onto the tarmac via stairs and take a bus to the terminal. Don't expect smiles or attention from your
crew! All that said, agents and crew are helpful and conscientious: my companion and I got offered exit-row
seats at JFK because we were tall. My flights were all on time and the planes cleaner than average. Inflight
entertainment? You're on the wrong airline. If it's value you're after, Aerosvit is for you.

BUD-KBP-BKK return. BUD-KBP and KBP-BUD operated by Dniproavia Embraer ERJ 145, KBP-BKK-KBP with
B767-300. B767-300 was old, very worn inside, the few small screens in bad condition. The food was edible.
On BKK-KBP route, when we asked for water I got just a short answer: later! Our main problem was that: on
the KBP-BUD route luggage for all passengers left in Kiev. Aerosvit has no contract with BUD Airport ground
services and everyone had to go back to the Airport on the next day for luggage.

YYZ to KBP roundtrip. Few hours delayed departure both ways. Old plane and seats. Cheap food - same on
both servings. No cold drinks on the flights (room temperature). Terrible wine and no beer. Service matches
US legacy carriers - not friendly. Aerosvit is consistently cheaper then competitors, that's why we fly with
them.

BUD-KBP-CMB-KBP-BUD business class. All flights were on time, flight attendants very attentive, food plenty
and good quality. BUD-KBP was on E145 operated by Dniproavia. KBP-CMB B767. Very large lie-flat beds.
Return on a different B767 with standard business class seats. Last leg operated by Windrose, brand new and
very comfortable aircraft. The only negative points are that AVOD is provided on portable DVD-players with no
music and only 3 movies in English. Staff at KBP usually not very friendly. Business lounge offers ample
seating but choice of food is very limited. A very enjoyable and comfortable experience, especially given the
very low price.

KBP-LED-KBP. Website check-in hit and miss. Airport check-in means whole flight checked by a single agent
for economy and two for business class. Flight out was on time and was on 737-400 with ok legroom, but
very shabby cabin. Flight back was same chaos at check-in in St Petersburg. Plane was new and tidy A321
with leather seat and ok legroom. On time. Catering nothing to write home about it. Ticket price was too high
to justify such a mediocre experience.

The airline is generally ok, but the staff are bad both at the airport and inflight, no customer service skills,
very poor English knowledge. It is a nightmare at Borispol airport, to climb up 20 steps it took 2 hrs, because
there's only one line for all connecting passengers and for all other passengers as well. Will never travel
through Borispol (KIEV) again. Very small airport and not enough seats. Planes are very old.

IST-KBP. Flight was delayed 5 hours. First 3 hours spent in airport waiting for boarding to begin, then next 2
hours spent in aircraft waiting for de-icing. Of course, when we landed at last in Kiev all connecting flights
were gone and I had to wait until the next flight, with no hotel provided or any reimbursement even after my
request to staff.

Budapest-Kiev-Bangkok return. After reading reviews we did not expect too much from Aerosvit in December
but we were pleasantly surprised. Every flight departed on time, aircraft's were old but everything was ok,
legroom and staff also ok. Meal onboard was general and they did not offer alcoholic drinks but overall a good
impression.

Athens to Vilnius (one stop in Kiev). I boarded from Vilnius to Kiev and was promised my luggage would be
sent to Athens. We landed in Kiev 40 minutes late, boarding to Athens had already begun and when I finally
reached the gate no one was able to tell me the gate number had been changed just 10 minutes before
boarding. The flight was calm but when we landed in Athens all luggage that was supposed to be transferred
from the plane coming from Vilnius was missing. We were told (after waiting 45 minutes) that luggage had
been left in Kiev. I was told by other travellers that this kind of service is a natural for Aerosvit.

Kiev to NY. Passengers were not served with coffee or tea, only cold water provided. In general, boarding is a
nightmare - they register passengers in a very small space, with no seating. Elderly passengers are made to
wait a long time standing in a crowd. They also stopped showing videos during the flight.
