LON-ATH. Flight booked from the internet, on a good competitive price. Very good flight
experience. While boarding ouzo was served, with some small pieces of meat as a starter.
Dinner excellent, greek traditional gyros, tzatziki and greek salad was served as the main
course. Cabin crew was polite and everything you wish you can have it. Upon arrival in Athens
while disemparking the aircraft a complementary ouzo plomariou was given to us.

DUS-ATH. Very smooth flight on new A321. Excellent staff. They gave good service and good
flight info. Return on a new A321 and satisfied as well. Keep on doing this great job and you
will succeed to be a great Greek and international airliner.

ATH-MUC economy class on a LH codeshare flight. Very good flight, a hot meal on a European 2hr
flight is a novelty these days. Good service, new clean aircraft efficient staff.

LCA to ATH. Flight in business class. Upon boarding cabin crew let us to show boarding pass as
proof we were really meant to sit there. After confirmation that we really belonged there they
were nice though. Hot stuffing breakfast was served on this rather short flight (1.5 hrs).
Inflight crew even served espresso and liquer after the breakfast. A321 was brand new and
inflight entertainment worked very well.

Athens- Rhodes-Santorini-Athens. Airfare competitive, website user friendly, all flight on
time, cabin crew always ready with a smile and pay a good amount of attention to safety felt
very safe with the airline, seat width and pitch is very good for a domestic flight, inflight
catering simple but fast, anyway it is only a very short flight. Overall impress with the
airline. Hope they will continue to expand.

Travelled to UK from Chania, returned from Stansted. Excellent service on both flights and
more legroom than we have experienced in the past. Not having to worry about our luggage
until we arrived at our destination was an added bonus. Food and wine were great and whilst
it was the 1st time with Aegean it will not be the last.

SKG-ATH on new A-320. Quite nice experience onboard Aegean Airlines, some peanuts and a soft
drink (35 mins flight). One weird thing - booked ticket online, check in online and no one at
security check or at the gate checked our identity proof! Probable there are no security
issues in Greece.

LON-ATH return. Brand new airplane, service was excellent, polite FA, plentiful drinks and
food (but not very tasty). Decent entertainment system. Aegean airlines is a good option for
those who live in north and east London.

STN-ATH-JTR then JTR-ATH-SKG. New, clean 737-800 with comfortable seats and good service from crew,
who were polite and attentive. Both food (hot meal) and IFE were good for this 3.5hour flight.
ATH-JTR on RJ100 Avroliner, which was clean and cabin crew attentive for this short flight. Second
trip used 737-800s and service good, planes clean. Tip - if you want extra legroom, opt for the
emergency exit seats on the 737-800 - row 14 if my memory serves me correctly. this was our first
trip with Aegean, and were impressed. Has far better standards than Olympic, and puts the national
carrier to shame.

Athens- London (STN) early October. I choose this airline because of the positive reviews on this
site and I wasn't disappointed. Athens airport is very pleasant. It wasn't a fantastic building and
there is no upmarket dining outlets. However plenty of shops and staff very friendly. Everyone we
encounterred, from check in agent to security to duty free shop assistant was efficient with a
smile. A321 - spotless and well designed. Good legroom. Flight took off on time and I would say it
was around 80% full. Cabin crew worked non stop to serve hot food, few round of drink and tea/coffee
and very friendly.

ATH/JTR (Santorini) flight economy. Check-in smooth and friendly staff. Boarding on time to a
clean RJ100 Avroliner. Small delay of 20 minutes onboard the aircraft waiting for some 5 pax due to
some system error at the check-in. Captain apologised for this delay. Flight short, only 25
minutes and only refreshments served. My 5 stars go to Aegean because of their PA upon arrival at
JTR. "We apologise that due to the short duration of this flight we were unable to offer you a full
service". That did it for me! Courtesy is all it takes to make the difference and Aegean has it.

Kefalonia to Athens, then ATH to Stansted. Opted to fly from Kefalonia than take the ferry/bus
combination to Athens. EFL is a small terminal with lots of charters so if flying Aegean, don't just
join the first queue you see when you get in as it is likely to be for one of the many package
groups. Check in was breeze, but told to wait before going through to the departure lounge. Staff
came out later and told us go through. Once inside the lounge there were only 3 gates and one was
marked domestic, but had a charter using it also. Just went through and no questions asked. Walked
to plane and up stairs to an RJ-100. Clean plane and friendly crew - offer you a little sweet. Very
short flight gets you a drink and bag of nuts. Comfortable seating. Quick and easy off the plane as
both front and back doors were opened. A few days later we did ATH-STN. Couldn't use the self
service kiosks, but queue was quick. A320 stylish cabin with modern lighting and design. Recaro
seating used which meant that when you put down your seat tray it isn't directly connected to the
seat in front. Great seat pitch compared to the Monarch charter flight I used. Inflight movie and
audio, good meal served. Crew were friendly and helpful. Also I hope they get another base in
London. Stansted is a bit out of the way for me, but I'd use it to fly Aegean next time I go to
Greece.

Return Athens-Thessaloniki. New A321, friendly staff. A 35 min flight - sweets, snacks and drinks
served. Drop down LCDs gave flight information. No delays, overall excellent service.

Extremely motivated staff, excellent snacks. Congratulations for this young airline.

KEF-ATH Only a 35 minute flight, however a sweet, a drink and some nuts were served in seperate
rounds! Cabin crew was courteous to everyone, however their uniforms are not much more than a tiny
skirt, with bare arms. For friendliness and effort, only in 35 minutes, they deserve 4 stars.

London-Athens, Rhodes-Athens-London Stansted. Overall flights were excellent, service on board good,
acceptable food, drinks only soft offered, although when asked for a beer, no problem. Outbound new
A321 - return 737 not as roomy as A321, then A320 from Athens to London. All flights on time. The
only adverse comment would be about Athens Airport, no gate information available, or anyone to
help, so I went through baggage reclaim, and then up to departures, despite a new airport, not
seamless.

STN to HER via ATH return. Excellent trip both ways on new A321 for international sector, all
flights on time. Much better to have an option other than Olympic for these routes.

JTR-ATH - a quick 35 minute flight in an aging 734. Check-in a breeze. Departure was an hour
delayed as we had to give our slot to another Aegean flight which had been delayed many hours.
Santorini Airport is tiny and gets incredibly cramped if there's more than one flight waiting to
board. In-flight Service was a quick cup of soda, but no time for anything more. The best part - an
incredibly cheap fare - 30 Euros - bought on the Aegean website a month prior. I'd try them again -
a very welcome alternative to the indifference to service and scheduling one finds on Olympic.

ATH-STN 20th May 2008. After missing my booked flight on Swiss, I took Aegean Airlines to Stansted
as they charged less than half the price of Swiss. New A321 with drop-down monitors on which they
showed a movie. Cabin crew charming and kept up a high quality of cabin service. Excellent meal of
was served. Service and food of a higher standard than Swiss or BA on that route and a great
improvement over what I have heard about Olympic. As the A321 was less than half full it was a very
comfortable flight.

MXP-ATH-MXP. Flight attendants smiling and in Y-Class you get a hot main meal (pasta) - both ways
- which was very good. From mid May, they will start 2 daily flights from STN-ATH with their new A-
321. To Italy they still use the 733 or 734.

Another good experience on flights operated by Aegean, this time MXP-ATH-SKG and back. Actually it
was the first time that I had a connecting flight between Aegean Airlines' flights through ATH and
it worked pretty good. Some delays due to airport traffic where handled promptly by the ground
personnel and on board there was a first round of beverages - soft drinks, wines, tea or coffee and
snacks and then another round with more drinks and warm good food on the MXP-ATH and back parts. And
this was economy class, putting the products of bigger European airlines into shame. The personnel
is always young and sometimes a bit inexperienced but they are always friendly and answer
immediately to any inquiries and cabin crew calls from passengers on board. During Christmas
holidays we were even treated to traditional Greek delicacies offered several times on board their
flights both on European and domestic sectors. Take away the surly staff at check in on departure
from SKG and it could be full score.

flight was on time.

Larnaca-Athens and back in economy class. My elderly mother who is partially sighted travelled alone
and needed staff assistance. When I booked her flight online I called the Aegean Customer Service
who then recorded it on their system. After checking in the luggage, which was labelled priority so
it would come out first the other end, we waited about 15mins max for a member of staff. The member
of staff came for my mother who assured me she would be looked after all the way through the journey
right until the point where she was to be met by my brother in Athens. On her return I went to
collect her from Larnaca Airport and to true their word she had a member of staff with her when I
met her. This is the first time my mother has travelled alone since she became partially sighted,
therefore, it was a very nervous experience all around. However, the staff were absolutely fantastic
both ends. She was very well looked after and had nothing but praise for the them. It certainly has
put our mind at rest for any future flights. Well done Aegean Airlines for an excellent service.

LCA-ATH-FCO return. Flights on time or close to time, planes clean and well-maintained; good
information from the flight deck, and efficient and professional FA's. Inflight catering was always
cold meat cuts, but fresh warm rolls were always offered, with complimentary drinks. Excellent
regional airline with professional crews.

RHO-ATH Booked my flight on the web, e-ticket available as well as e-check-in but I didn't use this
facility as its only for travelling with hand baggage only. Had to change my date of travel which was
easy and efficient although not available to do online but you can ring the reservations line and they
will do it for you with no problem. This also depends what ticket you purchased as some cheaper
tickets are restricted and unchangable. Flight left on-time, crew were cheerful, attentive and
professional. Light refreshments and peanuts served on a 45 min flight and landed 15 mins early into
ATH. Overall, the best airline in Greece to fly with, which beats Olympic hands down.
