I had a nice comfortable flight ZRH-VIE-ZRH. E-Checkin is a great feature so I could choose the day
before flight my seat. Nice flight attendants, very friendly and good food and drinks inflight as
well as newspapers. For this price, it's simply excellent!

VIE to PMI on clean A320, comfortable Recaro leather seats and average legroom, nice inflight
entertainment and a lot of information. Free newspapers and magazines, sandwich and drinks served
for free as well. Internet-Check in is also offered. My favourite LCC in Europe!

MUC-VIE-MUC (45 minutes flight time each leg). Online check-in with seat assignment available (Row 1
offers additional space due to the bulkhead, but the storage of the hand-luggage is not allowed there
as well as the overhead bins of the first two rows are occupied by the First-Aid-Kit and catering
stuff) After boarding was completed we had to wait for departure for 25 minutes due to bad weather at
the destination. However, flight attendants offered orange juice or water meanwhile. Various papers
and journals were available for free. Entertainment program consisted of sitcoms, music videos and
radio channels. As free basic catering a very fresh sandwich and non-alcoholic drinks were offered.
Hot meals (Viennese escalope or austrian type pancake) as well as alcoholic drinks could be purchased.
Young crew was in a very good mood. Cockpit announcements were very clear in English and German.
Inbound-Flight was operated by Air Berlin. Almost same service standard and very friendly crew again.
However, the different operator was not announced on the ticket, boarding pass or gate. Very good.

VIE-ZRH. Separate terminal for LCC check-in in Vienna (just a walk across the road from the main
terminal). Pretty much on time; free sandwiches, newspapers, etc. in spite of being a LCC. I thought
the overhead monitors were quite nice with a flight path with subtle differences; not your usual run-
of-the-mill LCC.

CDG-VIE. Niki is the best low cost flight I have experienced. Check in had 3 counters to check in
Paris for Niki & Air Berlin and no queue. CDG3 is more efficient than the other terminals in Paris
CDG. Choice of seat at the counters. In the Airbus, staff very friendly. Choice of 2 good free
sandwiches and a hot and a cold drinks (or you can choose a real meal for 8€) Low cost alcoholic
drinks (3€ for a gin tonic). Free newspapers. You can watch a movie on the screens but you have to buy
headphones for 3€. To finish, both outbound and inbound flights were on time. I would definitely
recommend Niki. They have also convenient schedules!

Vienna to Paris CDG3. Very nice experience from check-in to arrival.
Check-in at CAT Terminal in Vienna (Wien Mitte) early morning, so that
we could enjoy for our last day. Ontime departure, and ontime arrival.
Nice snack onboard. You can have Schnirtzel for extra 8 euro, and it
seemed to be tasty. Tasty Sandwiches for other passengers. 2 drink
services for a 1 hour flight: better than any other airline on the
route! Well done Niki! We definitely recommend this airline for its
great value and service.

Vienna to Lisbon via Palma de Mallorca stop. Our Philippine group of 12
on this year's European tour was very impressed with NIKI. This was our
3rd airline of 7 our group shall be using on our trip and so far
exceeded our expectations. No hassles at the Vienna check-in counter.
Staff was courteous and check-in was fast. The flight was on time and
very accommodating flight crew served a free snack pack and drinks
unlike most low cost carriers. Complimentary drinks are served for a
total of 3 occasions! Crew were charming, attentive and smiling. Good
seat pitch in its class in nice leather. The plane was a rather new
Airbus. Comedies like "Just for Gags" and cartoon shows on the TV
screens throughout the flight, something most LCCs don't have.
Definitely, the best LCC I have travelled so far and it truly deserves
the title as a 4-star airline because its like travelling on a good
traditional full service airline. Its "Double Satisfaction" slogan is
not only very catching but is true. Their level of service should be the
standards for other LCCs to follow. Their only drawback is their limited
network so far. I would recommend them anytime for people travelling to
and from Austria. A superb airline for a LCC.

Palma to Mallorca to Lisbon. Excellent service with friendly, relaxed
(unlike Lufthansa!) and efficent service on board. Clean and new
Airbuses. For the price a true bargain and highly recommended and
something that the main carriers should try to emulate. Will fly NIKI
again!

VIE to Palma de Mallorca and return; overall a very good experience,
competitive price, fast check-in in Vienna and in comparison to AUSTRIAN
or IBERIA on-board service, both flights were on-time, the flight
attendants service was professional, the planes were in good condition.
The only negative thing worth mentioning was that on the return-flight
the previously announced movie (for which I had to buy extra headphones)
got cancelled because of the short flight time (which wasn’t noticeable
shorter than usual).

Salzburg-Palma Mallorca - Bilbao and vv. For 110 Euros roundtrip I got a
wonderful trip. Delicious snack, two full beverage services. It was just
like the old days on Lufthansa. Lufthansa now stinks. NIKI is tough on
carry on and that is great. 6Kgs per passenger and they weigh it. If its
over, it has to be checked and no whining. Makes a big difference on
boarding.

Vienna-Nuremburg-Vienna. It's very nice that they offer full service on
this flight, but I think it would be better to just offer drinks on this
flight. Since it is only a 40-minute flight, the flight attendants end
up throwing the sandwiches at you and get impatient when passengers take
their time deciding which of the three sandwiches to pick. I would have
been happy with a coffee. Nice flight but felt very rushed.

Vienna-Paris CDG return. Brand new A 320, flight attendants with very
stylish new uniforms (safari-like). Check in at VIE actually is better
than other airlines, because it is situated in an extra terminal and
there were no queues. Service onboard was very good - they serve a very
typical Austrian snack - Schwarzbrot - very dark and hearty bread with
interesting toppings. The check in at CDG was not so well organised.

Stansted to Vienna 24th August 2005 - return 29th Very impressed. The interior of the aircraft was
very clean for a budget airline, plenty of leg room and also free sandwiches (limited choice) and
drink. Staff very friendly at check in and on the aircraft. Will definitely fly again.

Flew from Stansted to Vienna in July. Excellent check in arrangements.
Allocated seating and free sandwiches and hot drinks - knocks spots off
other budget carriers.

Flew to Vienna. Well treated on the flight with
a drink and a sandwich included in the price 0 and a top up too included. Airbus 320 used - excellent
legroom and comfortable seats all allocated in advance.

Vienna to Zurich. Niki is a somewhat strange company. On the one hand,
they brand themselves as a low cost airline, on the other hand, what you
experience on board is a lot better then what you get on many of the
traditional so called full frill airlines. The flight only takes
about 50 minutes, yet every passenger gets a free bottle of still water
straight after take off and once service begins, you have a choice of
sandwiches to choose from. Soft and hot drinks are also all for free but
best of all, for desert every passenger gets a rather huge and
incredibly tasty portion of mouse au chocolat. On the down side, the
seats are a bit cramped, both in width and leg room. And those uniforms
are outrageous!

This is really a full service airline at reasonable prices. Took flight London Stansted - Vienna and
return. Both flights full, seat allocation, bottle of water, meal and 2 rounds of drinks. Very Clean
aircraft and casual but professional crew. This is probably the model discount airline at the
moment. They really do beat easyjet & ryanair by miles. The difference cannot cost that much either,
a bottle of water and a cheap basic meal with a coffee is all that is required. More importantly the
crew are very friendly and professional - a clear differentiation from ryanair. Great flights at a
great price. As they expand I will be travelling with them more, knowing I have a choice.

I generally echo the comments of Niki's STN-VIE service. Punctual, with good service: bottles of
water handed out first - don't get that on scheduled carriers in Europe; followed by choice of
sandwiches and 2 rounds of soft drinks! On boarding their is a selection of german language
newspapers and magazines, plus the FT. One a/c had leather seats, while the one I returned on was a
leased in aircraft with fabric covers and was not as comfortable. Crew were OK, although I thought
smiles where a little limited. Considering what I paid for this trip, it was a bargain. Shame parts
of Vienna airport are looking old and tired.

I have to agree to the other opinions. VIE -STN. Good Food + dessert, basic drinks (coffee, water), free inflight entertainment (6 audio-channels
and around 40 min. of show on the screnes), free newspaper.
Flight on time!

Vienna - London Stansted 4/3/05. Excellent flight. Friendly and professional FA's. Good food and drinks - all included. Landed on
time. I'm happy to recommend. I wish all budget carriers were like this.

I flew from Salzburg to Arrecife / Lanzarote (Canary Islands) and back. The crew and the menu where
fantastic. On flight to Lanzarote we got a breakfast with cheese, ham, omelette . On the return
flight we could choose between chicken and potatoes and noodles with ham. The new airline of Niki
Lauda is the best Austrian airline. The same standard as Lauda Air before they
got taken over by Austrian
Airlines.
