This airline will leave you without any assistance should they cancel a flight. We were due to fly
MQP-JNB-MQP on 16/09/08 returning 19/09/08. They suddenly cancelled all flights out of MQP until
23/09/08 and letting us know they will refund fares paid. However at this short notice we were
unable to find any good fares on other airlines. The next best fare we could get on another airline
will cost us ZAR5916.00 more for 3 pax. If we cancelled we would have forfeited our money - They
cancel and we must foot the bill! Other than an e-mail offering a free ticket to CPT or DUR
(passenger pays the taxes) they did nothing to help us! The only good thing to say about this
airline is that they have some great staff members. We certainly will never use this airline again -
this experience has been way too costly!
