East London to JNB. Online booking was simple and clear. The flight was on time, aircraft
clean and comfortable, service good. Ryanair should sit up and take notice on how a low cost
airline can still treat its passengers well!

JNB-PLZ return. MD87 / MD82 with great legroom & high degree of seat comfort for a domestic 'low-
cost' service. Efficient service from internet booking in the UK, through to check-in and the
flights themselves. First time I've even been tempted to buy in-flight snacks for both quality &
price! Friendly staff & punctual to the minute. Would certainly recommend and will fly 1-Time
again when back in SA.

MD-80 aircraft are quiet and clean. Staff friendly and in-flight food and drink is fresh and
inexpensive. Their prices are all-inclusive unlike SAA and Kulula and generally the cheapest. An
honest, no-nonsense carrier with good service and airfares. Easy to book online.

JNB-PLZ and return. Not my first flight with 1time. Flight from JNB was delayed
by about an hour, information policy was good, the pilot gave a clear
explanation of what went wrong. Sympathetic and friendly cabin crew, clean
aircraft (MD-82) with sufficient leg room (I remember other budget airlines with
a lot less), efficient service, a bit too much advertising and marketing. Return
flight on a DC-9, experience was the same.

Nice airline with low prices, JB-PE + CT-JB for a total of €100! Flights were in time, friendly
ground- and cabin staff. Limited legspace for above average height people. Low priced snacks and
drinks on board.

JNB-CPT vv. Check In swift in both Joburg and Cape Town with no or very short queues. Plane was a
MD80 outbound and a DC-9 on the way back. Both birds were extremely old but cabin was very well kept
and clean. Seats comfortable and very good leg room for a budget airline. Try and pick a seat in the
front of the plane as engines are at the rear of the cabin and rear cabin section gets very noisy!!!
On-board service was the pick and pay thing but prices are very reasonable and FAs didn't push you
to buy anything. Staff was generally very friendly and efficient. Overall a very enjoyable
experience. Would have been 5 stars if only their fleet was a little more close to "modern".

DUR-JHB Economy. I've flown 1Time on a number of occasions and they never fail to impress.
Aircraft interior is classy and clean, cabin crew friendly and efficient, and the whole experience
is fun. Also cheaper than most other internal airlines.

Cape Town - Durban. A quick check in and boarding, reasonable amount of leg room on the MD-82 and
smooth sailing all the way. Delayed 20 mins but arrived 5 mins early. Food reasonably priced, all
marked 'Pick n Pay' (a local supermarket) which I suppose makes sense. Booking on the internet was
easy, but never got the confirmation email (fortunately wrote the reference down), neither any
confirmations when I made changes to my booking which was a little worrying.

Inside the aircraft you wouldn't think it's a low-cost airline. Have
flown their DC9s and 737s before between George and Jo'burg, and it's
great, ontime, friendly and comfortable. I'm glad they're back on the
Johannesburg-George route, their prices is most of the time the best.

CPT- JNB and returning CPT to JNB. They let us board an earlier plane
than booked - no extra charge. Little extras like the chocolates we were
given for Valentines day. Ground staff, pilots and cabin personnel are
enthusiastic and that does rub off on the whole experience.

CPT-JNB. My third flight with 1 time and first time with a delay of 45
minutes but we were kept pretty well informed and met the rescheduled
departure time making up a fair bit of the delay on route. As on
previous flights the plane was clean and attractive and service friendly
and relaxed. Unlike most low cost carriers children are given a pack of
toys and refreshments. 1 time also have a very well produced in flight
magazine. Not something you would find on a budget carrier in Europe in
my experience. Refreshments seem reasonably priced and a good
selection. 1 time also have the cheapest fares available on their
website for the Joburg - Cape Town route making them my usual choice.
Only slight criticism was an early flight when I and another passenger
both had computer generated boarding passes for the same seat. Not even
sure how this could happen but it was a bit embarrassing to tell someone
they are in your seat when actually they weren't. FA sorted out mix up
quickly.

I have travelled about 15 times on 1time and have nothing but good
things to say about the airline. The cabin staff are friendly, check in
efficient and a good experience every time I fly.

Flew 1time from JNB to CPT. It was school holidays and when every other
airline's check-in counters were queued out the door, we walked straight
up to the 1time check-in desk and we handled promptly. On-board the
aircraft, very comfortable leather seats and plenty of leg room. Try
and get a seat at the front, the MD80 tends to be noisy at the back.
On this full flight we found the staff friendly and service reasonably
efficient. Would recommend over SA Express. Baggage delivery in JNB was
also prompt. Can't help thinking the red aircraft and white and camel
uniforms has been taken from Virgin Blue in Australia!

Flown twice on 1 Time return between JNB - Durban, never had trouble. great service
for a low cost carrier

Travelled several times on 1-Time with no problem. Last time, however, on 19 June from CT to Jhb on
2120 flight found the stewardess who served me coffee unnecessarily aggressive and confrontational
when I told her I found the coffee weak and tasteless.

Have to agree with Pat Carter. I've flown with 1time many times on the JNB-DUR route and bar one
delay, have never had an ounce of trouble with them. Leather seats with decent legroom, efficient
service - very impressive for a LCC.

We recently travelled from JNB to Cape Town with 1 time (one time) a new no frills carrier. We were
very impressed with the check in (swift) and service on the aircraft. (snacks and drinks available
for a modest charge). Comfortable leather seats and friendly Cabin Crew.
