I've flown in and out of Pau several times. It's a lovely airport with a pleasant "smallness" about it. The only downside for me is that, from the UK, it is only served by Ryanair. On principle I will no longer fly with them. If any other UK carrier starts using Pau I will happily fly there again.

Clean little province airport with efficient and friendly staff. The only drawback I can think of is the traffic jam, on certain hours of the day, when you try to join from downtown. One of the best small airport shops I've seen when it comes to local wine and edible goodies.

A lovely little airport. Ample parking right in front. I was happy because I could find a seat in the waiting area, no small matter. Toulouse is closer to the area where we vacation, but the trip (peage/major highway) makes travel easy and fast, and the national and local roads are good too.

What a fantastic little airport - after leaving Paris CDG behind (and all its filth), it was such a welcome sight to arrive in a clean, modern, organized airport. What a shame that more airlines don't fly into Pau. The staff in the airport were also extremely helpful and polite. Much nicer airport than Toulouse, which is not far away.

For an airport which only had 2 flights in and out on the days I travelled through it is amazing. It has a large waiting area, shop and small cafeteria. The only down side is that you are made to queue between 2 glass walls while you wait to get to the plane. On the very sunny day I was there this became an oven, even though we were only there for 10 minutes.
