Transferred yesterday without a problem. Staff at Heathrow had already checked us on the second flight so I already had a
boarding pass. Couldn't have been easier compared with experiences in some airports Great design plenty of comfort and places
to eat/drink plus entertainment.

Visually and in design this is a top-quality airport, unfortunately the design features are outweighed by the
transit system in place by the security people. They do not seem interested in moving people through quickly
and are somewhat rude. There was only 1 security line in use for our entire airplane of people trying to get
to their connecting flights. The security staff are wandering around in little packs, apparently on breaks,
laughing and smiling while you stand in the single file line with 100 of your fellow passengers trying to get
through transit security. If they fix this human/security/staffing problem the Incheon airport will truly be one
of the best.

Transfer system is appalling. Needed to get boarding pass for onward flight. Found out the desk is in another
terminal. Take the shuttle and find out they wont open for my flight for 3 hours. Unable to go back to other
Terminal where I can book myself into a lounge, and end up stuck for 5 hrs in discomfort rather than relaxing
in a lounge.

The cleanliness standards are excellent, airport is convenient and well designed. Transportation to Seoul is
affordable and frequent and the immigration staff are welcoming. My transit upon arrival from the U.S. was
efficient and my luggage although not business, arrived seamlessly and with very minimal wait. The facilities offer
Korean entertainment, lounges and spa/hotel facilities which transit passengers may use.

One of the best airports I have been to - great facilities, thoughtfully planned. A nice addition are the presence of
volunteers to help direct passengers to the shops/terminals they wish to go. The transit lounge is open to all
passengers is a much-appreciated bonus. Check-in personnel were efficient and pleasant. The security staff were
polite.

Beautifully designed and plenty of shopping and services, but do not book a transit time here of less than 1.5 hours
as you won't make it. Passengers in-transit need to go through a separate security screening, and for some
reason the Ministry of Justice officials refuse to put more than one team of screeners at either of the transit area
security posts. This means your Airbus 380 arrives with, say, 200 passengers who are transiting through to other
destinations, suddenly appearing at a security checkpoint manned by 2 screeners. The airport was designed for
multiple lanes but for some reason the Ministry doesn't use them. In my case we had the full gamut of angry
passengers, crying babies, people needing to use the facilities but unable to leave the line, and the inevitable missed
flights because of 1 hour long transit security lines. I thought my experience might have been a quirk/unusual, but
upon my arrival in Phnom Penh and several days here comparing notes with others, this is a widespread complaint
about Seoul Incheon.

Went from the Central Bus Station in Seoul where you can both check-in and go through immigration. You use
normal security then the VIP queue for immigration and thus get a time advantage. The airport is good - only
limitation being that some of the duty free sells in USD and catering is not extensive.

Good relaxing lounges with internet for free. Good shopping selection and transport to city centre, no long queues
to get in or out. Spotless. All in all, great.

It was one of the best airport I have ever been to. Most of time my business trip went through Singapore or Hong
Kong. This Incheon was the best. Especially it is really clean compared to two other main ones mentioned above.
Airport Layout was very simple and straightforward. Easy to understand. Staff are kind. Only thing negative was
shopping experience - it doesn't offer extensive shopping choices.

On a flight from Japan-LAX, I had a 13 hr layover in Seoul. Security is very quick, customs was a bit slow but I
don't think that was anyone's fault. It's very clean and modern and great for transit. I took advantage of the rest
area, free Internet, and free shower rooms. My flight didn't leave until 1.30am but the whole airport shuts down at
10pm leaving me with nothing to do for 3 hrs. Places that were supposed to be open were unmanned on one side
of the airport, and manned by a girl on a cell phone on the other. I would hope that with all the late flights they
have coming through Incheon they would add some more late night services.

Very clean, nice temperature control, wide range of choices at duty free shops, delicious food, very fast security
check & immigration process, friendly staff. Free wi-fi everywhere and love the Naver Square, where you can
choose any laptop and use it as long as you want. Very easy to navigate, even if it is your first time at ICN. Swift
connections, and chairs are comfortable enough to sleep on. I've been to many airports but I still believe ICN is the
best airport in the world.

I had a chance to visit Incheon Airport in Korea, one of the most advanced and attractive airports in the world,
recently during my business trip. The first impression I got when I stepped in was a very clean and well-organized
layouts. All the facilities and stores around were easily noticed and the signages were well positioned to guide
people in the building. In addition to the outstanding structures in hardware standpoints, they also give excellent
cultural events regularly inside of the airport at free of charge to visitors. When I was there, they showed some
kind of Chinese acrobat performance on the open stage centred 1st floor of the building. Many people were
enjoying the show with big applause and it seems they never got bored waiting for their flights or someone
arriving. The event schedule let me know that almost every week they are having a couple of such good events,
not just one time in a certain period of time. I really enjoyed the show and had a pleasant experience.

The airport is extremely clean. The duty free had a good variety from electronics to cosmetics
to chocolate. It was nice to see there were several cultural experiences placed around the
airport. How many of us go through an airport and learn nothing of the country we are in. I
have very limited Korean skills but it seemed most everyone knew English. The first time
through we left the airport for an off property hotel stay, but on the way back we used the
transit hotel. Immigration and customs was fast and efficient, the line to come back in moved
quickly as there was a lot of places to enter as well as staff. If I had one complaint about
ICN it would be the smoking, they have rooms to smoke but either the air handling was broken or
not efficient; you could smell the smoking rooms from a distance. The transit hotel was up to
western standards, however the bathroom was a little dated and needed a coat of paint. But you
never really need a five star transit hotel if you are only there for 6 hours. Incheon
International has a 5-Star Airport rating, well deserved!

ICN has a separate terminal in the centre of Seoul where you can check in for the flight
including baggage and immigration. Each time it saves me a lot of time and effort.

Incheon airport is like a mini city. Very well illuminated and user-friendly. Immigration was
smooth and fast, friendly officers. Baggage area very wide and the signs are very clear. Good
facilities and shopping areas. Free wifi and good seating areas; plenty of space. Good airport
to transit through.

With my very limited Korean (emphasis on the very), the staff at shops, customs, immigration
were even more willing to help me out where necessary. Due to the overnight stop required for
my connection, I needed to enter the country. Despite what was stated by crews on my flight
from Sydney, it should be noted that despite only being in the country for 20 hours, due to
entering the country, forms do need to be filled out. Slightly perplexed by the added security
check on my last flight back to Sydney when all passengers subject to another security check
for liquids at the gate, resulting in removal of a bottle of Coke I had innocently purchased
in the post-security area being removed "for security purposes". Quite obscure. Other than
this, a joy to use.

Quiet and clean, the most stress-free facility, easy to navigate and transit processes are
trouble-free. Preferred it to Changi in many ways (smaller, therefore easier to go around) and
the underground connection between the terminals is super fast.

On the 4th floor there's a resting spot, where you can chill out and sleep. There is also
free wifi, I was able to upload all my pictures onto facebook from all my travels.
Restaurants are everywhere, and have various prices. Airport was super clean!

Duty free shopping fantastic, food and the staff are excellent. All the amenities are in good
condition. There is a pharmacy available or you can just tell the airport staff what you need
and they will direct you to the correct location.
