The sequence of terminals is illogical, and it takes too much time to transfer.
The transfer desks have enormous queues. Often connections are missed, also
luggage is lost, especially when travelling transatlantic. The food service is in most terminals very poor.

I have been through CDG twice and unfortunately have to use it next year. There is no signage, lines are long
and confusing and I have been given incorrect directions. Staff are rude and unhelpful.

There was a long distance between terminals but found the shuttle very efficient. I did find there were boards
posting departure gates for different flights as well as an airport person who was happy to give out advice. I
would strongly about the poor level of security screening agents at this airport. They were inconsiderate,
petty and demonstrated a careless disregard of people's possessions. I will make a point to avoid this
airport in my future travels.

Very long distances between terminals. I had a long queue of nearly an hour to deposit baggage. There
were over 10 kiosks but only 3 were staffed. To the credit of the staff, they let me go ahead. Signage is not
well done and transfers awkward. One arrives in Terminal 2 and transfers to a flight in terminal 1 - a
kilometre away by train and very long walks.

Paris Charles de Gaulle airport worst ever seen! I’m a EU passport holder, frequent traveller, travelling weekly
around Europe, but what I have experienced last Saturday at CDG never seen before. Passport boarder control queue
for 45 minutes as only 2 of 4 counters open, very impolite airport ground staff and rude police officers. If
possible avoid CDG airport for your trip.

The information that is considered basic at most airports (such as departure screens) is entirely lacking at CDG.
I arrived on a flight from Hong Kong, equipped with a boarding pass for a connecting flight to London, but no gate
number. The only thing I knew was that my flight departed from terminal 2E, however I could not find a screen with
gate information in any location, even though I was required to make decisions based on my gate number (turn right
to go to certain gates, board the shuttle to go to other gates). Airport personnel were indifferent and appeared
to be highly inconvenienced by my having to ask. Information provided was minimal. Once in 2E, I had considerable
trouble locating a simple cup of coffee (also a basic commodity in most airports). I'm unimpressed.

Arrived on flight from HKG. Airport seemed old and very grungy. Queues for immigration at 6.00am were very long and
slow moving and poorly organised. Cleanliness of the entire airport left a lot to be desired. Should be noted that
there appears to be major renovations going on at terminal 2A which might improve things when complete. Long walk
to railway with no downward elevator a problem for passengers with luggage.

Awful, confused and expensive. Transferred from BRS to Bkk, confusing terminal signage and staff were not much
better. Security took an age and during a 4 hr stop a sandwich cost 6.5 Euros. Never again.

Passed through CDG between Zurich and Seattle. Arrival in Terminal G led to a slow-moving and completely
inefficient passport control, and then a long wait for a bus that then meandered to the Air France main terminal for
about 20 mins at snail speed due to construction. Although spacious there, people were milling about making
movement difficult so there was no possibility of doing anything but hoping that you made your flight. A first
experience two years ago was fair but this was extremely problematic given the short transit time allowed.

A complete disaster of an airport. Staff need training on being helpful and polite to travellers. I requested assistance
as I had to change planes. I eventually got assistance but the person was more interested in talking to staff than
getting me to my departure gate. Staff were rude and unhelpful. I had to take a bus to the plane and struggled up
the steps with my crutch and hand luggage while the steward stood at the top. I travelled through this airport last
year and said I would never do it again. I thought I would give it another try and what a mistake that was.

Diabolical, rude and disorganised. We transferred at CDG from BRS on the way to TLV. I shall try and avoid this in
future. On the return leg we used AMS which was a pleasure.

Connected through this airport, terrible experience, inter terminal coaches overcrowded, frustrating to wait after
an overnight long haul flight. Tried to go directly through 2E, long queues, unhelpful staff, not prepared to listen at
all. Poor signage at passport control led to waiting in the wrong queue for an hour. Missed our connecting flight to
Edinburgh, very helpful Air France staff, put us up on a flight to Amsterdam and after a 10 hr detour managed to
get home.

Arrived from Houston on a 777-300, got deplaned by bus only to get dumped in a small area where we had to
wait over 30 mins for an inter-terminal shuttle bus that was supposed to leave every 5min. Ground staff are
useless, pretend not to speak English, signs are confusing and facilities outdated. Security line for Business Class
pax was horrible, it took 30 min to get through with only 5 people in front of me. I have occasionally connected
through CDG and every time I get caught out somewhere.

My husband and I have nothing but trouble when we change flights at this airport. There are unpleasant staff
everywhere. I managed to go through 2 security checks when changing planes and almost missed my connecting
flight. The sign posting and help are woefully inadequate-many staff appear to wish to hinder you rather than help
you. I am planning to return to Colombia via another airline so that I can avoid this awful place.

A lot has been done to make this airport more inviting, but this often refers to the aesthetics not to the practical
use. Using Terminal 1 every couple of weeks I still get lost trying to find my way. Toilets are tucked away and far
for arrival passengers after immigration in the baggage claim areas. Shockingly they recently removed toilet seats
in some of the terminals (2D). Also disappointing is the gastronomic offer: Mostly fast food at enormous prices,
apart from one Brasserie Flo which is a little bit over the top. No healthy choices like salads or quality sandwiches -
quite surprising for a country which prides itself for its food. Boarding announcements by AF agents are often
shouted, thus create a hectic and stressful environment. This airport has simply become too big and while
improvements have been made these are quickly eliminated by the negative effects due to its size and further
development.

Fly from Paris CDG twice a year. The airport is a bit small, dirty and you have to queue a long time at customs,
security checks and immigration. Terminals 2E and 2F are newer and better then the others. Unfortunately, quiet
areas are difficult to find and a half the Internet points are out of order.

One the worst airports I have been through. Not clean, not easy to use, always problems with the ground service
employees who are poorly managed and poorly trained. Duty free, food and drink below the line, baggage delivery
waits are too long and not well informed.

CDG-ORD. Check-in line for AA very long. It took 2.5 hrs. Security was fine, because check-in line was so long
they didn't have many people passing through. No Employees keep people away from the gate 30 mins prior to
boarding, if you fly Business Class you can't get through to board first. Will try to take the Eurostar to Heathrow
next time. If you are forced to fly out of CDG allow at least 3.5 hrs prior to time of boarding.

I experienced CDG airport Terminal 2E twice recently. The queue for check-in (Economy class) was a nightmare. It
took 1hr 30mins to check-in, and when we reached the counter, the luggage belt had broken down. The second
experience was on a Sunday morning, the terminal was less crowded and I registered at the business counter,
which is generally much better. Globally I would not recommend this airport, because there is always a problem. It
remains a poorly managed and not very clean airport.

CDG was a stop over to Tel Aviv. We arrived 2.5 hrs prior to boarding. Airport employees are rude and
inconsiderate. I asked for help due to poor signage but staff speak limited English. There were only 2 long lines for
all airlines, one line to check-in and another to check in baggage. 2.5 hrs just spent in lines. Our plane was delayed
30 mins because of the unorganized situation.

Arrived from Philadelphia to hop on a connecting flight to Malaga. We arrived on Delta, and the Delta gate was
completely unorganized. Because of the lack of English speaking employees, as well as the lack of signs we
couldn't find the Air Europa terminal and ended up missing our flight. Luckily, we finally did find the Air Europa
terminal and one of their agents was kind enough to squeeze the seven of us onto their last flight of the day. That
being said, I will never fly through Paris ever again.

On each occasion that I have used this airport, the experience has been disappointing, if not downright frustrating.
The airport always seems over-crowded, the facilities are inadequate and the airport is definitely not clean
everywhere. The terminals are also inconsistent: Terminal 2E can be OK, especially when leaving on one of the
late night flights whereas Terminal 2A is just generally bad.

My experience at CDG was absolutely terrible. I was in Terminal 2, which belongs to Air France. The check-in lines
were horrifically long. After you endured check-in, you were faced with mayhem at security. The terminal had
created three different security lines- one for first class, one for Asian flights, and one for flights to the US. Of
course, barely anyone went through the First Class line. Then, there were only about 5 flights in the Asian line, and
about 3 working scanning machines. For the US line, there were roughly 12 flights assigned to this line, and only
one working machine (which actually stopped working by the time I got to it). The line had no rhyme or reason-
employees would open up sections of the line to let people into another, seemingly faster line, only to let them
back into the original line when it wasn't actually faster. So, I spent about 2.5hrs in that security line. When I got to
the scanning machine, there were no signs to inform you that every single electronic device had to be taken out of
your bag, so the machine would go off for every bag that passed through. The walk-through scanner didn't work
either. My plane was delayed 1hr because it had to wait on all of the people who were stuck in that horrific security
line. It was utterly ridiculous. Nightmarish. I am so discouraged from going back to Paris. Definitely won't be leaving
from CDG again. Don't make the same mistake. And if you must, get there 6hrs in advance.

Passed through the CDG airport in Paris recently both ways while travelling from Toronto-Bucharest and back.
Both ways we were debarked form the air-plane (Air France) on the tarmac and transported by bus to the
terminal, having to go through the security check although we were not changing the terminal towards our final
destination. Coming back from Bucharest we had 2hrs to wait until our flight to Toronto. Once out of the bus
bringing us from the aircraft to the terminal, once they checked our next flight schedule we were directed to a line
towards the security check that has not advanced for the next 90 mins. We were held standing like sardines in a
can together with other hundreds of passengers for 90 mins, without any explanation. After several attempts to
find out what is going on we were finally told that we had to wait here in this very crowded line, standing up until all
the passengers having less then two hours between their flights are processed first through the security check. In
any other airport in the world I travelled through the security check is performed on a first come first served bases
and passengers that are either late or have short time between flights are brought to the front of the line and
nobody complains about. We barely made it to our flight to Toronto extremely tired and aggravated. I will avoid at
all cost ever going through this extremely poorly managed airport.
