Book Executive room as it comes with excellent lounge breakfast as well as evening drinks, food, etc. The best part is that while you have breakfast, the concierge takes your luggage and checks you in at the airport and returns with boarding passes, etc. All you have to do is to stroll (or take golf buggy shuttle) to the terminal. Staff are friendly and efficient - excellent hotel

The best airport hotel I ever stayed. The distance between the hotel and the airport is just mere 5 minutes walk via a covered glass bridge. I can see Self Check in Kiosk in the hotel but unfortunately the airline I flew is not available yet.

I was told by the staff in KLIA there is shuttle service between airport and the hotel but I chose to walk to the hotel. The best part of the hotel is the rooms are free from aircraft noise even with the close proximity to the airport. Excellent hotel.
