KINGFISHER AIRLINES TRAVEL SUMMARY
First Class : A top Quality product and service is delivered by
Kingfisher Airlines for this domestic based route network. Comfortable seats
arranged 2x2 in the First Class cabin, superb Inflight Catering and some of the
most attentive and friendly levels of service. Airport handling aspects are also
to a very high standard, setting new standards of comfort and luxury across
India - and surely set to provide a mighty challenge to the world's top airlines
when Kingfisher Airlines launch long haul, international services - expected in
2008.
Economy Class : A strong economy class product is provided - comfortable
seats, good quality catering and again set off with some excellent quality of
service delivered from check in through to the cabin services.
Inflight Entertainment : Provided on the existing domestic fleet of
Airbus A320 type aircraft, with armrest PTV screens in First Class and seatback
screens in Economy class. For the flight durations and route network this is of
the highest quality.
Staff Service : The real winning factor for Kingfisher Airlines is the
quality of staff service being provided to customers, and it is of course
critical that the airline is able to sustain these high quality levels as they
experience continued and rapid expansion. Staff deliver high standards of
service efficiency, and in a sincere and charming manner that makes the airline
stand out from the rest.
VERDICT : A young airline with ambitious expansion plans that has been
developed around the ethos of delivering the highest standards of customer
service - a very well balanced product is now in place for these domestic routes, and standards of staff service delivery are
extremely well ranked.
