NOTE : Air India is introducing a new, much better quality of long haul product across it's new Boeing 777 aircraft being added to the airline fleet - including luxurious flat beds in First class, lie-flat seats in Business Class, and new Economy seats that integrate PTV programming at all seats. As at February 2008, Skytrax have not applied any new Star Ranking levels for Air India to reflect this new product, because the availability and extent of the new product offering is currently so restricted. This is an item that will be reviewed later in 2008, to determine how far and wide the product upgrading by Air India has been.
